Um: Thralni procured 20 arrows of life. You have mastered the ability to teleport, possess humans, and create your own undead army. You have a command of magic which is apparently comparable to Erika's. Thralni was excited to learn spells like Bolt of Fire after he raided Moon. Yes, clearly Thralni is going to screw you over... -------------------- Slarty vs. Desk • Desk vs. Slarty • Timeline of Ermarian • G4 Strategy Central Posts: 3560 | Registered: Wednesday, November 7 2001 08:00 |

Dude. Take a lesson in the internet. There's no vocal inflection. That's why people use stuff like :P to make it clear when they aren't being serious. We clearly have different senses of what is realistic, as our argument about teleportation indicates, so I don't know why you'd expect me to recognize uninflected sarcasm... -------------------- Slarty vs. Desk • Desk vs. Slarty • Timeline of Ermarian • G4 Strategy Central Posts: 3560 | Registered: Wednesday, November 7 2001 08:00 |

EDIT: Don't take this the wrong way, its because I'm not a nativce English speaker, but I just realized I don't actually know exactly what "to screw somebody over" means. I do know what it means with the "over," but with? Arg! I just can't keep up with the RP. Since no one has had any contact with me this shouldn't disrupt anything. I'll just edit out my two posts. -------------------- Take the Personality Test! Deep down, you wish you were a stick figure. Posts: 1629 | Registered: Wednesday, October 3 2001 07:00 |

(Fights down the urge to create an alternate account and start a faction in retroactively unclaimed Aizo). I think the Krizsan battle should be winding down soon. It's not like the Looters have an unlimited supply of magical items, and the Hunters tactics have been forcing the Looters to use up all their items. -------------------- IF I EVER BECOME AN EVIL OVERLORD: The deformed mutants and odd-ball psychotics will have their place in my Legions of Terror. However before I send them out on important covert missions that require tact and subtlety, I will first see if there is anyone else equally qualified who would attract less attention. Actually, depending on how the maps come out, the Order could have a pretty decent shot at Aizo. If only it was in line with the faction's ideology... -------------------- Thuryl: "Runescape: for people who are too stupid to save their games." Gamble with Gaea, and she eats your dice. Ideologies can change. I'm still waiting for the Druids to leap out of the shadows, laughing and saying, "I can't believe you fools fell for our act," and then take over the world. A seemingly good faction that actually is good is... different. -------------------- Wow! I'm so glad everything worked out perfectly in the end, with no loose plot points to worry about! - Elan (OotS) Posts: 1509 | Registered: Tuesday, January 10 2006 08:00 |

If he doesn't return soon, he will be the only roleplayer ever who has annoyed people with his playing style while he was absent. :P (Edit: Actually, he is already. Staying longer would just accentuate it more.) Thralni, I hope you spoke to Lazarus about this before - initiating negotiations with another faction and then pretending the negotiations were successful is taboo. The APL is by Nik. He didn't seem about to leave or very inactive to me, so I guess we can expect to see more of them. If someone wants to make a summary entry in the summary thread specifically for the Krizsan battle, I think that might be useful. I for one have had a tremendously difficult time following it, and I suspect most of us (besides TM, Dintiradan, and Wonko) are at least moderately confused as to the details of what has gone on. Ideally, this would be a bullet point summary in short, simple sentences simply listing the major events that have happened in the battle, in roughly chronological order, with no details. -------------------- Slarty vs. Desk • Desk vs. Slarty • Timeline of Ermarian • G4 Strategy Central Posts: 3560 | Registered: Wednesday, November 7 2001 08:00 |

Yes, the Krizsan battle had been difficult to follow, especially considering the way details retroactively change. I won't be able to do a summary; I'm going to be swamped with homework and exams in the next few weeks, and doing two factions is hard enough. Usually, the only time I spend on here is in a one hour slot of time at school. TM, I now realize my abject stupidity in the barrel move. It was an act of desperation. GoldenKing's not going to be too pleased when he gets back. Dintiradan, I sent you a PM, but I'm not sure how often you check them. Before I do my next IC post, I'll need to know exactly what you want from me, and what you're prepared to offer in return. Tell me in a PM. [ Thursday, March 30, 2006 21:38: Message edited by: Tyranicus ] -------------------- "You're drinking liquor because you're thirsty? Well, can somebody do a really short summary then? Who attacked whom? What forces and/or cities were destroyed? What was the end result? And what the heck was all that stuff about chests and bookmarks? -------------------- Slarty vs. Desk • Desk vs. Slarty • Timeline of Ermarian • G4 Strategy Central Posts: 3560 | Registered: Wednesday, November 7 2001 08:00 |
