How far along are you? If you're in the Forsaken Lands, Master Jared is really your only choice, although Burkes has a creation type for sale as well. In Illya, there is a Shaper who will train you in Rivergate Keep. If you are playing pro-rebel, then you can also buy or find canisters that give you creations. Dikiyoba hopes that helps. If it can't be fixed, get a different brower (Dikiyoba believes Firefox is a good choice, just from the number of times it's been recommended to Dikiyoba) or a different version of IE right away. In the meantime, you could write posts in Word or some other program so you don't feel rushed. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Well, I lied. No, I'm still not going to write Episode 4. Yes, Nalyd and others will still appear. But Chapter 40: Cleaning Up isn't the final chapter. There will be yet another one! This is a good thing, I hope. Also, Dikiyoba is finally sick and tired of Freewebs, so the stories will need a new home soon. Preferably one that is free, easy to edit, and has good long-term stability. Arancaytar, you have the first say. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

If the eye cleared the pylons along the road, then you can slip west just south of the bridge by staying close to the river for a while and then walking between the pylons (which is really tricky) until you reach the eye's workshop. It's the only way Dikiyoba has done it so far. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Dikiyoba thinks a game focused solely on the vahnatai would be interesting. It's probably not going to happen, but it could still be interesting. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

The control baton isn't in his house. He has newer quarters underneath North Grosch (sp?). Take the mechanic serviles to disarm the traps so you can get to the center of the zone without meeting Monarch and then go to the north (or northwest, Dikiyoba forgets exactly what the zone looks like) and you'll find his quarters and the extra control baton. For Mac or Windows? If it's Windows, there's probably a button on your keyboard somewhere--"Prnt Scrn" or something similar. Dikiyoba does remember this question being asked before, but it was so long ago and the search feature is so bad it's not surprising it can't be found. The 1883 eruption of Krakatoa was not a small eruption. It was huge. The global cooling came from ashes sent 50 km high into the atmosphere. Nuclear bombs can't do that. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

You plan to go without tool use and unlock? Is that feasible? Or fun? Unfortunately, Dikiyoba doesn't know enough about A1 to offer any good suggestions. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Originally by Retlaw May: quote:It's worth noting that the chosen ending of the previous game never matches up exactly with the next game. For instance, in the loyalist ending of G1, the Obeyers get a happy ending, but in G2, there are enough former Obeyers in with the Awakened that makes it impossible for that to be true. The surviving Sholai also make peaceful contact with the Shapers in that ending, but then in G3, no one knows anything about them. And the G1 PC can't be Monarch. In G2, Zakary reports that a Shaper escaped and warned the Shapers what was happening on Sucia Island. It's not 100% clear that the Shaper and the PC are one and the same, but that's the most reasonable option. It certainly wouldn't have been Goettsch, and a third Shaper stranded on the island is highly unlikely (especially since he or she isn't ever given a name). Dikiyoba. You know, I'm a bit underwhelmed by drayks at the moment. Partway through Burwood, mine has slightly less health and costs slightly more essence than my fyora. It resists fire better and has a stronger ranged attack, but the melee attack is the same as my fyora's. It gets terrified easier and, since it goes last in almost any combat, it is often out of position (and gets killed more often for it) and only kills enemies after they get a chance to attack. It's not a bad creation, it's just less impressive than I had hoped. Plus, there's the whole suspension of disbelief factor. You would think the Shapers would comment after seeing Dikiyoba's character walking around with a banned creation in tow and the drayks would be upset with a dumb, obedient drayk named "Squib".
