Sort of reminds me of a friend of mine who used to refer to himself in the plural. I've never tried this myself, however; sometimes I have a hard enough time being just one of me.

You may want to try different resolution settings. What settings are you using, anyway? And what operating system?

Edit: I looked up the game requirements; A5 uses a screen resolution of 1024x768.

That explains a lot, yes. Thanks for the warning.

Interesting idea, but no thanks. I much prefer a movie made a while back called Murder by Death. It's a mystery spoof in which a man challenges 5 detectives to solve a murder that hasn't been committed yet, with $1 million going to the one who solves it.

You probably (accidentally or otherwise) deactivated the cheat codes. To reactivate them, you have to delete the file "Geneforge4Settings.dat" in your "Geneforge 4 Saved Games" folder. However, if you've registered the game, this will unregister it, and you'll have to email Jeff your original registration info to get a new key.

It was my first time through the Exile 2 demo, and my party discovered a large group of undead in a crypt in the southern Vahnatai lands.
My faithful party battled against the lich and his wights for nigh on many a minute, until exhausted and low on HP and MP, Adrianna discovered that she had a scroll for a spell called "shockwave". Having read the description of the spell in the spell library, Adrianna used the scroll, and smote many an errant wight to the ground.
Alas, she also smote every other member of her party to the same fate, as well.
Whoops.

Been there. Shockwave has inadvertently killed many a PC of mine, so I sympathize.

I highly recommend making everybody invulnerable before casting Shockwave.

Even when I'm playing as a shaper, I'm not very big on using creations for most of the game.

And I repeat:
quote:
I don't equip anything that gives a bonus to my creations unless there's also a bonus for my character.
Put simply, I don't like using anything that reduces anybody's stats, regardless of how good it might be otherwise.

If I remember the storyline correctly, a good number of Avernites left the caves after A3, since it was now safe to return to the surface.

Just buy the Manna and Minor Manna spells and cast them every so often, and you'll be fine. You get a much better return on your money by getting food this way.

It's quicker to do that in Lorelei, because you can buy ingredients and sell the potions right there in town. The only thing is that in Lorelei, you need some Anama rings to get the very cheap herbs.

And if the game is too easy for you, just change the preferences to make it harder.

I've seen more movies than I dare try to count. Out of these, I've assembled a list of some good & bad ones.

Here's a bunch of good older movies, some of which I can't get enough of:
It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World
Arsenic and Old Lace
The Big Sleep (1946)
The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
North By Northwest
Charade
Dr. No
Groundhog Day
The Blob
Murder By Death
Clue
Citizen Kane
King Kong (1933)
The Dirty Dozen
The Pink Panther (1964)
Casino Royale (1967)
The Dark Crystal
The Man Who Knew Too Much (1955)
The Magnificent Seven
Dr. Strangelove, or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb
La Cage Aux Folles

Now, here's some bad movies:
Plan 9 from Outer Space
The Blue Lagoon
Terminator
Super Mario Bros.
King King (2006)
The Pink Panther (2006)
Hairspray
