No. I was using "a few glitches" idiomatically. Sorry.

It does indeed set the shops. Currently, though, the method for setting the number of each item in the shops has a few glitches.

Press > (shift-. -- shift-fullstop, or shift-period) to reset towns. Hostile towns become friendly and dead people come back to life. It's a good debugging feature for testing BoE scenarios too.

Well, the scenario Falling Stars has a reputation system that constitutes a fairly important part of gameplay. Doesn't carry over to other scenarios, of course.

I use them often. I think it's good to have a single respected HLPM that creates a "standard" party of a given level, without any overpowered artifacts or excessively high-level spells.

Have you tried using the Death Charm while standing near Melville? The results are interesting.

Basically, it's usually better to absorb and recreate all your creations every time your level or shaping skill increases, at least in Geneforge 1. Geneforge 2 rebalances the creation level-building system a little.

It probably has nothing to do with gaining a level. Most likely, around that time you unequipped an item that raises your shaping skills.

You can also loot the treasury in Formello, but you probably shouldn't.

It seems to be a common belief in the community, with no actual evidence behind it. In fact, the existence of ancient architecture of probable Vahnatai origin on the surface strongly suggests that the Vahnatai lived there once.

They do probably prefer conditions in the caves, though.

Making a backup of the misc.dat file (for the Exile series) or the preferences file (for the rest) allows registration to be preserved, though.

Exchange rate alone doesn't mean much; the important thing is how it changes over time. What matters is that if you want to travel to or trade with Europe, your money isn't worth as much as it was a while ago.

Towns are bigger in BoA, though, because walls no longer take up space. You can very easily use a 64x64 town for more than one area in BoA.

Yes. Use the Have Item w. Class + Take node to remove the ring if any party member has it in their inventory.
