For me to loot something, it must have a value of at least forty coins. As far as plates, I've heard that Jeff actually doesn't place those junk items in the game. quote:Alec is a whole other story, a story that hasn't surfaced here for an eerie length of time. -------------------- Decca Records - "We don't like their sound. Last Wednesday, I traveled to Elko with the rest of the music department for a solo and ensemble festival. The clouds dumped snow going to, but we had quite a bit of fun while there. On the way back however, a truck accident prevented anyone from traveling westbound. So we sat there for a whole hour and a half waiting, while some girls in the middle of the bus sang songs that annoy me (But my friend and I countered it with "Something"). The bus was scheduled to arrive back home at 5:30, but we didn't get home until 9:00. Just so happens that I was supposed to be in court at 6:00. And no, I didn't do anything illegal, I'm in this extracurricular group called Teen Court. Jeran, that must absolutely suck. I've never even had spyware before (On my Mac at least), so I can't relate. -------------------- Decca Records - "We don't like their sound. Groups of guitars are on the way out." I think Jeff should have some talking inanimate object that makes a reference to the Avernum series. Just because I was loser enough to carry a talking skull around. Maybe a whole set of Xian like items could do as well. -------------------- Decca Records - "We don't like their sound. Groups of guitars are on the way out." I'd assume that's because A5 was released today, so Jeff has to respond to a lot of e-mails at once. Usually you'd receive a reply almost instantly, but again, he's probably busy. In the event that the e-mail actually didn't go through (Which you should wait a day or two for just in case), you'd be best e-mailing Jeff personally. -------------------- Decca Records - "We don't like their sound. "Shamgar, Ivanhoe, Dahlia, and Vanval" (I use the same names in every game) Exhilarated by the amount of fun in Outpost Valley, the party decided to head over to River and Leaf. An encounter north of Hatherond occurred in which a band of soldiers were attacking herdsmen. Judging by looks, I didn't even bother to cast War Blessing. Turns out those darned archers shot Shamgar down in the first round, and Dahlia in the next. They were completely helpless, and I'm sure those herdsmen died afterwards. -------------------- Decca Records - "We don't like their sound. Groups of guitars are on the way out." I see, my atlas has Venda and Transkei shown as independent countries. I suppose I should buy a new one. Posts: 1384 | Registered: Tuesday, February 6 2007 08:00 |

Serbia did try to conquer the whole region in the 1800's, but Kosovo doesn't seem like a place that harbors terrorists. In E3 the courier route was the only option for purchasing spells like Quickfire and Shockwave. I'd also use the money to outfit my whole party in mithril armor, and buy my spell casters Micah's gloves. In A3 I purchased Hawkes Manse with the courier money. However, A3 has a lot of good loot, so you have it made either way. -------------------- Decca Records - "We don't like their sound. Groups of guitars are on the way out." We have troops in Iraq, but we also have troops in places like Yugoslavia and South Korea. Why do we need them there, let alone anywhere? -------------------- Decca Records - "We don't like their sound. Groups of guitars are on the way out." Yes, this is possibly the 193rd independent nation in the world. I don't find it surprising that the U.S. sticks it's hand into the situation, but nonetheless, Russia and Serbia are uneasy about it. Based on the article, I've concluded war could possibly break out, despite of troops already placed there by NATO. So what do you think of it? Even worse than the Iraq ordeal, is that Bush has allowed the executive branch more power over the legislative branch, not to mention appointing two supreme court justices. -------------------- Decca Records - "We don't like their sound. Iffy, you can send the uncompressed mac file to me and I can compress it as a .sit file. It's my fault for not reminding you about that, as I compressed the graphics file with ZipIt. I already have the beta version on my computer, but you probably fixed all those typos. ;) [ Sunday, February 17, 2008 11:37: Message edited by: Excalibur ] -------------------- Decca Records - "We don't like their sound. Try removing Avernum 2's preferences (in the system folder) when you reinstall it. I have an old iMac as well, and I've never encountered this problem before. -------------------- Drew - "Coincidence, correlation, or causation, I wonder?" Posts: 1384 | Registered: Tuesday, February 6 2007 08:00 |

I've been having a fun time with all these political topics, so I thought I'd create one. All questions regarding George Bush concern the current president of the United States. The fifth and seventh questions are asking who you supported or wanted to win, and voting means you actually went to a United States booth and voted, or did so by proxy. Now be honest. :) [ Saturday, February 16, 2008 10:39: Message edited by: Excalibur ] Poll Information This poll contains 15 question(s). 32 user(s) have voted.
