The whole thing about spankings is a joke, but some of us really do act immature every once in a while. -------------------- WWJD? Posts: 1384 | Registered: Tuesday, February 6 2007 08:00 |

quote:There is no need for your saying that. Most of the time a topic discussion never stays on subject. I have to say, I think the Avernum trilogy would have been cooler with a cutscene in the main menu. The Exile trilogy was better in that sense. EDIT: Exile III also had a cheat that reset junk shops. I used that when I saved up for a mithral chain mail. [ Tuesday, February 27, 2007 17:47: Message edited by: Excalibur ] -------------------- WWJD? The music in some old games like Realmz or the original Age of Empires is also good. -------------------- WWJD? Posts: 1384 | Registered: Tuesday, February 6 2007 08:00 |

What's the best improvements is the Avernum trilogy (I mean how it's better than the Exile trilogy)? I think it's the number of quests and amount of dialogue. -------------------- WWJD? Posts: 1384 | Registered: Tuesday, February 6 2007 08:00 |

Originally by Blake81 quote:If you're using BBEdit, there is a nifty "Go to line" feature in the search menu, or just press command and J. I suggest you create the scenario on a Macintosh if you aren't already. Macs are easier to use and have better word processors. Even Spiderweb Software does the Mac versions first. -------------------- WWJD? Posts: 1384 | Registered: Tuesday, February 6 2007 08:00 |

By Protocols of the Elders of Zion quote:Which is one of the reasons Latin is useful. Not only would it help in learning a Romance language, but better comprehending the English language too. Also, Latin is used frequently among the world's scientific community. If it weren't for Latin, we probably wouldn't be as technologically advanced as we are today, since scientists from different countries communicate with Latin. Besides, Roman and Greek history, culture, religion, etc. is cool! -------------------- WWJD? Posts: 1384 | Registered: Tuesday, February 6 2007 08:00 |

I doubt Jeff would revisit BoA. I like BoA, but our discussions about the great game wouldn't compensate the fact that it didn't sell well. -------------------- WWJD? Posts: 1384 | Registered: Tuesday, February 6 2007 08:00 |

Back to the "Your Cute" media; a picture of a talking spider would be better. The spider on there has a pig-like snout and overall is a crude graphic. No offense to Spiderweb Software, the best game designers I know of. -------------------- WWJD? Posts: 1384 | Registered: Tuesday, February 6 2007 08:00 |

How do Vahnatai have anything to do with shapers? Shapers actually make creatures, unlike vahnatai that store a monster's soul and make a copy of it. Also their magics are different; shapers use essence to create creatures that remain with the creator until death, on the other hand, vahnatai use crystals and their simulacrums only exsist in combat. -------------------- WWJD?
