The Western Slope of Colorado is famous for unpredictable weather. A day can see 60˚ F or more, go down to 20˚ F and start snowing, remelt in the afternoon and go back up to 60, then drop below zero and freeze during the night. Meanwhile, ten miles down valley, it will have been sunny and mild all day. As far as sunny days go, we could use a few less. Just a few more inches of rain a year, and we'd be out of semi-arid and into the perfect temperate climate. -------------------- Plaudite, amici, comedia finita est.
