Yikes! I'd be scared half to death driving a vehicle near a commercial jet, let alone a Boeing jet.

Well, if you've already purchased the game you can copy it from your old computer from the laptop. However, I assume this isn't the case. If so, e-mail Jeff along with your registration information and he should send you a new registration code.

I unfortunately downgraded StuffitExpander on my Macintosh awhile back, which prevents me from downloading any scenarios to it. I currently download the other version to my Windows computer and convert the graphics from there. However, the graphics in the Windows version I downloaded seem to be corrupted, as neither computer can read them. So can someone e-mail me the uncompressed Mac graphics (.cmg) file? Thank you.

Edit: Oh, I'm speaking of Where the Rivers Meet if you didn't understand the abbreviation.

We're certainly not going to let it die so soon. Someone, not to point fingers, just needs to post.

So let us suppose that the disposal of nuclear waste might lead to a localized increase of 50-100 mrem/year at some point millennia into the future (assuming no reprocessing and a lot of things go wrong), is it something we should concern ourselves with, considering the disadvantages of the alternatives?
Fortunately the numbers aren't nearly as high. Someone who works regularly at a distance of ten to fifteen feet from a reactor still receives three times as much radiation from the sun.

So is Emerald Mountain. The chart is hard to decipher though.

I love the footnote in there.

One thing I have already noticed is that the initial 20 or 30 responses painted a moderately different picture for a few questions. This suggests that the people who spend the most time here (and hence are likely to see the survey sooner) are a demographically distinct subset.
Or perhaps those are just Aran's bots. :)

Yes, we probably are a different subset due to our lack of sanity.

Feminists are silly. There's no masculine movement complaining about TV ads. Wait, is there a masculine movement?

I didn't have my trust weather balloon handy, but past experience indicates that what happened was that it was winter. Luckily this episode is typically followed by a period of notexactlywinter, followed by three weeks of summer sometime in late July.

Hmm, I often forget about overall weather, as I'm too young to draw conclusion from a reasonable number of past years. This past summer was the hottest on record here, which was also accompanied by an eighty day drought. Now it's bitterly cold and seems like it's snowing every other day.

I'd like to know the reason why so many Americans fear nuclear power. I suppose the rich people who thrive off of dirty energy pay for this mindset, or maybe script writers think egregiously exaggerating radiation draws in viewers.

I have an old Mac game called Omega I could send to you, but I'm afraid it can't be downloaded anywhere. There's also the old Ultima III, but I don't know about the others in the series.

EV Nova isn't a short download, but it's definitely worth the wait.
