Since I play with a group of 6 mage/priests, I avoid anything that gives more than 1 encumbrance like the plague and usually only use 0-encumbrance stuff unless the item is so good that it's worth taking my only encumbrance "slot". Posts: 3234 | Registered: Thursday, October 4 2001 07:00 |

I dunno, I wouldn't consider that a combat mode exploit. It's more of a "my opponent sucks" trick, and those are always fine. :P Posts: 3234 | Registered: Thursday, October 4 2001 07:00 |

Well, I dunno. I didn't even know Zephyr was still alive, and we usually don't uncan people who seem to have quit. :P Posts: 3234 | Registered: Thursday, October 4 2001 07:00 |

*pokes at spy.there's signature* TM's coming back in 11 days, tGM has amnesty and just doesn't want to come back, and I didn't think the other two were banned. Posts: 3234 | Registered: Thursday, October 4 2001 07:00 |

Accounts stored on a disk somewhere have nothing whatsoever to do with bandwidth, whereas your posting this topic about them did, in fact, consume bandwidth. That said, I don't think deleting accounts is recommended on UBB, though I'd have to ask with Drakey. Posts: 3234 | Registered: Thursday, October 4 2001 07:00 |

Well, the "done wrong" thing wasn't because of story things but rather because, like, there were about 12 additional races. Oh, and Nephalem. >_> Posts: 3234 | Registered: Thursday, October 4 2001 07:00 |

Yes, Spidweb's demos can be freely distributed. MPOGD - Go here for MMORPGs, though. Not Spidweb. Posts: 3234 | Registered: Thursday, October 4 2001 07:00 |

The circumference of the Earth is only 40,000 kilometers, after all. EDIT: Edited before anyone points out that I fouled up. :P [ Sunday, October 02, 2005 07:55: Message edited by: Imban ] Posts: 3234 | Registered: Thursday, October 4 2001 07:00 |

Messing with candles is also a bad idea. One of the Artifacts Hall versions let you turn Candles into Gimeit Ambieres. Posts: 3234 | Registered: Thursday, October 4 2001 07:00 |

Raising it for lava isn't very practical, either. You can cross lava using healing spells easily with 0 pathfinder, since lava only hurts you when you move onto it, not when you just stand still on it and heal yourself. Posts: 3234 | Registered: Thursday, October 4 2001 07:00 |

I'm not sure, exactly, but even a small level of Pathfinder lets you walk over poison swamps without coming to harm, most of the time. I'm not sure what Pathfinder level is necessary to stride across lava without coming to harm, but it's possible. Nature Lore can be checked by specials. While they're not insanely common, scenarios that use Nature Lore checks do exist, as I stated then. Nature Lore also increases the damage of the Staff of Druids, if you like using that. So, the version on Spidweb is missing somewhere around half or more of the scripts. Anyone got a playable version (with all of the scripts, assumedly) sitting around? :P Posts: 3234 | Registered: Thursday, October 4 2001 07:00 |

Altering certain default items in BoA has horrible effects, but you'd have to ask TM or someone who's actually experimented enough to find out which ones. Posts: 3234 | Registered: Thursday, October 4 2001 07:00 |
