Don't think so. Why don't you want to use fullscreen?
If you're on windows you can always use ALT-TAB to change windows.

Um,

This setup file works perfectly. I'm not sure if it's the latest version, but you can always update that. If this setup doesn't work then the problem's on your end.

Hmm.

Have you checked your computer for viruses or malware recently? If you have any it could be messing things up.

Do other install files work, or is it just Nethergate's installer which dies?

Well, if you have a copy of the game where it lets you change monsters just try it out yourself.

There's more than 1 empire fort with an orb in it.

When you clear the right one the quest will be completed.

Check the FAQs to find out which fort has the one you're looking for.

Malfador

Great games, for the most part.

Space Empires IV is the best out at the moment in Space Strategy, Space Empires Starfury you play as a starship captain, Dungeon Oddessy is just painful, and Space Empires V is going to be amazing.

Ofcourse, I think they're only for PC, which is fair, as MAC users seem to get all the other decent games first.

Just edit your first post and mention that Broadband is meant to mean cable. People should understand. Anyone with DSL will go for DSL anyway though, so.

Guys,

As a general interest question, I would like to know where the original Fluffy Turtle came from...

I know they have been here since the dawn of time, but out of which mind did they come from, and when, before time?

Spawner graphics: G1 vs G3 in Geneforge Series
Agent
Member # 4506
Profile Homepage #9
Overall I prefer the GF1 spawners.

However, I think that both are good in their own ways. The GF3 ones should be for more "heavy" creatures, which would need a "heavy-duty" spawner to create them. The GF1 spawner would be for "light" variants such as Cryoa and Artillas.

Ofcourse, I prefer no spawners, but that's never going to happen, unless I blast them myself.

If spiderweb is going to rebalance the game in the future, I would recommend making the shockwave bow a little less effective.

Yes, but the bow itself did minimal damage, and late-game the enemies never get stunned, so it doesn't matter.

For now at least, though on weekends I can always squeeze in time; there's only so much coursework you can do in a block before you start to feel funny. So unless something devastating happens I should be able to test for at least a few weeks. I don't have the time to really get myself back into Avernum 2, but an hour for testing every day or so should be fine.

What style of graphics would you like to see in Avernum 5? in General
Agent
Member # 4506

While I can't make the graphics (tried blender a bit but killed myself on it), I'm sure there are loads of spidwebbers that can. If they made a collection of graphics to put into the games, and then posted them here, the whole forum can "outcry" about them. JV will take the graphics, he's proved that by taking the Chitrach' graphics.

So please just make the graphics anyway, and then we can all work together to find a way to get JV to put them into Av5. We can't do anything of the sort without any graphics.
