Thanks for sending Dintiradan a copy, and being so fast in testing. Will that be a complete report, or just a part of a bigger one, still to come? I suppose its the latter. If all can be so quick, we can have things to discuss already quite soon. Very good, and keep going. -------------------- Play and rate my scenarios: Where the rivers meet View my upcoming scenario: The Nephil Search: Escape. Give us your drek! Has HTML always been enabled in the BoA forum? I just noticed it now. Anyway, I am regrettably dropping out of this beta-testing. I just found out that I will be moving soon, so I won't have time for BoA for the next couple of weeks. Thralni, I sent you an email with a lot of grammatical fixes for the first town. That is unfortunately all I will be able to do. I'm sorry. [ Monday, April 24, 2006 20:50: Message edited by: Tyranicus ] -------------------- "You're drinking liquor because you're thirsty? Can somebody send me a Windows copy. I'm having the same troubles as others, apparently, and no workarounds will, erm, work. :) So, email to nikkisjeffery(at)hotmail.co.uk please. -------------------- And when you want to Live How do you start? Wee, just when you think that having trolls occasionally on this forum is annoying, we can now have trolls that can use HTML (though I assume they will be few are far between). Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

Apparently, one of those trolls is Tyranicus. Why else would he bring HTML up not once but twice? :P Dikiyoba refuses to use HTML in Dikiyoba's post. <small>Okay, maybe just a little bit.</small> But that's all. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

I don't think posting how to use it here is a brilliant idea as that would only encourage lurking trolls to use it. Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

Nikki, I sent you a zip of Thralni's scenario last night. For HTML, you can always do a Google search for HTML basics" or something like that, but here are some basic commands: [b][i] [ Wednesday, April 26, 2006 05:24: Message edited by: Tyranicus ] -------------------- "You're drinking liquor because you're thirsty? Could you please stop polluting this thread? this tyhread is about my scenario's betatesting phase, not a "how-to-use-HTML-class" thread. quote:I really don't know what's happening at your place, because I answered that PM at the beta testing center already about a week ago, and that last PM you sent me on SW just now I replied to this afternoon. the beta testing center has also been posted on. Only by cvpota and Inthrall, if I recall it correctly, but the beta has only just begun. people need to finish the scenario first. In total you should have recieved two PM's from me. One from the testing center, and one from the SW boards. If you haven't, something has gone horribly wrong. -------------------- Play and rate my scenarios: Where the rivers meet View my upcoming scenario: The Nephil Search: Escape. Give us your drek! I posted an important announcement on the BoA TC boards. I request all board-visiting testers to look at it. The non-board-visiting people I sent an email. -------------------- Play and rate my scenarios: Where the rivers meet View my upcoming scenario: The Nephil Search: Escape. Give us your drek! I got "Where the Rivers Meet," I just haven't had very much time to go about actually testing it-- although I will likely have time this weekend to work on that. -------------------- * Posts: 6936 | Registered: Tuesday, September 18 2001 07:00 |

Take your time, TM, take your time. I will have to wait for the introductory pics anyway. Did everybody get the message about the updates? All beta testers who are registered at the BoA TC, could you please make sure you look more at the forum? I would like to know how far you all are in the beta process. Please post at the BoA TC or send me an email. Ash, did you get my scenario and have you started yet? I didn't see or recieve anything from you. -------------------- Play and rate my scenarios: Where the rivers meet View my upcoming scenario: The Nephil Search: Escape. Give us your drek! Testing has been a bit slow due to having little free time, but I should have a report for you before the end of the week. Posts: 2032 | Registered: Wednesday, January 26 2005 08:00 |

If you have any need for more Win Testers, I should have some spare time around now (I've been getting really bored lately), so it would give me something to do. Email adress -:- archmagusmicael@gmail.com experience in testing -:- Um, not apart from lousy alphaing. what are the main things you look at when testing -:- Spelling and general bugs. gender -:- the OS you will use to test -:- WinXP BoA Testing Centre Name -:- Micael So just drop me a line if you need any more testers. A ZIP or RAR file would be best, but I've got stuffit on the other PC, so I can always read those nasty .SITs. - Archmagus Micael [ Monday, May 08, 2006 09:21: Message edited by: Archmagus Micael ] -------------------- "You dare Trifle with Avernum?" ~ Erika the Archmage -------------------- My Scenarios: Undead Valley : A small Undead problem, what could possibly go wrong? -------------------- Richard Black - PROOF of his existance (the Infernal one's website). -------------------- MY FORUM! That would be wondeful, as somebody stepped out just now, due to a shortage of time. However, with "some spare time now," what length of period are you talking about? at least some weeks, or more a few days? -------------------- Play and rate my scenarios: Where the rivers meet View my upcoming scenario: The Nephil Search: Escape. quote:For now at least, though on weekends I can always squeeze in time; there's only so much coursework you can do in a block before you start to feel funny. So unless something devastating happens I should be able to test for at least a few weeks. I don't have the time to really get myself back into Avernum 2, but an hour for testing every day or so should be fine. - Archmagus Micael -------------------- "You dare Trifle with Avernum?" ~ Erika the Archmage -------------------- My Scenarios: Undead Valley : A small Undead problem, what could possibly go wrong? -------------------- Richard Black - PROOF of his existance (the Infernal one's website). -------------------- MY FORUM!
