It's the first syllable of "wizard" followed by the element arsenic. I'd imagined most other PDNs differently: nee-OH-ka. din-TIH-ruh-DAN (although my accent transforms the nasal ash in "dan" to a diphthong of "e" and schwa). Thuryl the same as the sound file but with the last vowel a schwa instead. tih-RAN-ih-cus. That's a schwa in "cus." Same deal applies to "ran" as in "dan." dicky-YO-ba. YO-ba sounds like Yoda. Alorael sounds like allocate, but with "rail" (as in railway) instead of "cate."
