I don't get robbed. I also demand exclusive access to the skribbane supply. I don't, however, participate in absurd forum arms races, so you're welcome to your virtual drugs as long as you're willing to endure my doubly virtual scorn, anger, and enmity.

I'm surprised Alo, to see you respond so sharply to the left hook of Mr. Pizzaking. At least now though we have a clearer understanding of your psyche.

If Dikiyoba is setting up what I think he's setting up, the next installments of the script should be quite interesting indeed. *nods with approval*

Alorael, you know I would *sarcasm* never *sarcasm* really steal skribbane from you right? Afterall I explained in my last post that I don't need your petty supplies of undernurished, weed infested, excuse for skribbane.
On another note I notice my character is doing less and less fighting and becoming more and more obvious. I also think that the Spiderwebbers are much stronger then the script shows them as. After all, two forums lost already?

It's intoxicating I tell you!
The freedom... the power... the estrogen...

It's too bad the transcript of my first TM channeling experiment had to get censored, though. That was quality.

Dikiyoba made a few edits to previous acts. Nothing worth going back to re-read: just a few typos here and there and some name changes. Most notably, TM is now Terror's Martyr to avoid any sort of confusion with the Troll Master and SupaNik is now Nikki.

Besides the fact that Alorael hasn't clued into the fact that GoldenKing is stealing skribbane, there aren't any major factual errors, right?

Edit: There has been way too much evil laughter on the boards today. Let's just have some new topics instead.

I find your story quite amusing Dikiyoba. I also think that the noobs ought to use more leet. I can't claim to speak it either, so I think that translations would be necessary, but this page gives translations that seem acceptably horrible.
For instance;
HOWS THE BATTLE GOING, CAPTAINS?
became
H0W 15 7H3 B477|3 D01N6, C4P741N5?

All in all fine work so far!

The problem with the noobs speaking in leet is that most people don't know it.(at least I don't)

Alright, it's time for 1337 101...

The normal English alphabet consists of the letters between A and Z, all of which can be either capital or lower-case. The 1337 alphabet, however, consists of symbols and numbers (sometimes three or four characters per letter); bastard mixes of both are common on the internet, but for a true ur-noob, there ought to be no such mixture; an ur-noob would speak with a full 1337 alphabet. The following is a 1337 version of the English alphabet:

4 8 ( |) 3 |= 6 |-| 1 _| |< 1 |\/| |\| 0 9 0. 5 2 7 |_| \/ \/\/ * `/ 5

You may notice that some letters (R and Z, for instance) are very similar or, in fact, the same. Such ambiguity is sometimes solved by using normal letters; other times, it is just left up to the reader to figure the word out from the context. O. (Q) and *(X) are two common examples of the former; 1(I) and 1(L) are examples of the latter. Also, some letters have multiple possibilities; 9(P), for instance, could also be |* or even |0.

The ability to read and write in 1337 is about as useful as the ability to speak and understand Pig Latin, but in some cases, such as this, it may serve to elevate the humor by poking fun at a group of people who really do deserve it. Trust me.

On an entirely different note, does anyone else become more and more convinced every time Ed hits the Add Reply button that he's just a sick joke by some oldbie with way too much time on his hands?

I finally just read Attack of the Noobs, Diki.
I find it quite hilarious.

For clarification... my link to the Silent Assassin is allegedly telepathic. Or so he tells me.
But you don't have to include that.

--------------------
The Silent Assassin has not read the Attack of the Noobs; but from my reports, he has generated one suggestion.
He would like his only line to be "Cruentus abyssus!"
He supplied it, not me.

Agreed. I've suggested this before, but everyone else seems skeptical.

I think I made a severe tactical error at some point in my past, and I'd really like to go back and rectify it.

(This lack of graemlins can make proper communication surprisingly difficult.)

—Alorael, who would like to speak with TM about it. How are your capabilities as a medium today, Slarty?

There are just some of them. There are many variations (such as ( and < and { ), and Wikipedia even has its own alphabet, with at least three for most.

And N is often used in place of 'z'.

Almost. I mean, only a fictional creation could have the brainpower, and the tedium-beating ability to post the statistics every week. :P

I'm always complimenting you! And, if I was a little older, and you a little younger, this would technically be grooming.

And not of the horse variety...
