Well, Dikiyoba definitely rivals Shakespeare as far as the death count goes :) -------------------- Slarty vs. Desk • Desk vs. Slarty • Timeline of Ermarian • G4 Strategy Central Posts: 3560 | Registered: Wednesday, November 7 2001 08:00 |

I'm still waiting for my cameo. Also, I think the main difference between the defense of the Exile Trilogy and the defense of the Avernum Trilogy is that one will use conveyor belts and the other will use laser beam projectors. -------------------- ~Note : The professional newbie's advice should not be taken seriously, or at all.~ LINKAGE Posts: 364 | Registered: Saturday, January 17 2004 08:00 |

It's funny how character develops as one writes something like this. A few lines added off the top of your head, and the character who speaks them gets a bit defined. Before you know it, you have someone with a mind of their own. And once a piece of writing reaches a certain threshold of overall effectiveness, everything starts to work almost in spite of itself. For instance, I'm weirdly proud of how my own character in this script exhibits, in just a few lines, such focus on the task: 'Shoot it.' 'Fire arrows until you run out.' 'Throw rocks.' I could learn from this guy. -------------------- We're not doing cool. We're doing pretty. Posts: 3335 | Registered: Thursday, September 4 2003 07:00 |

Spoilers..... - - - - - - - - - - NICOTHODES is dead! Alas! And I didn't die to save her. When I go, I'm sure it's a matter of when rather than if, I want to spew extracted amounts of mispelt Radiohead lyrics. And also insult/come on to Aran. If there is a kiss, even better :P -------------------- And when you want to Live How do you start? Where do you go? Everyone: Two more scenes! Act 6, Scene 5 and Scene 6! ----------- Slartucker: Somewhere between page eight and nine. Nikki: Do you have any specific lines in mind? Send me a PM if you do. I always take requests. I just don't always use them. I also like the spoiler warning. Edit: Typo. ---------- [MILD SPOILER WARNING] . . . . . . . There is a number there that Dikiyoba hopes that Dikiyoba counted correctly. It would be a shame to mess up someone's dying words. Although it would be kind of funny. Honestly, I'm not sure even an army of noobs could get me to abandon the Exile Trilogy and go running to the Avernum Trilogy. ^_^ Clearly, somebody hit me with a Terror spell. Otherwise, very funny. -------------------- Slarty vs. Desk • Desk vs. Slarty • Timeline of Ermarian • G4 Strategy Central Posts: 3560 | Registered: Wednesday, November 7 2001 08:00 |

You'd think that eventually the noobs would ressurect Alorael and TM, afterall they are pretty powerful. Heaven forbid that the noobs get to the the General Forum. Also, when they enter the Avernum 4 Forum I expect many of them to die from confusion. One last thing, I think that some people (Shaper Lord for example) should join the noobs. -------------------- All praise the greatest mod of all time! Long live Master Aran! Dikiyoba has now completed Act 7, Scene 1. Dikiyoba originally wanted it to be Act 6, Scene 6, but advertisements must be kept to a minimum, so Act 7, Scene 1 on a new page it is. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Dikiyoba, I am content. Although I would have prefered something more sinister, like putting a slow-acting poison in all those potions I was making. -------------------- (Points to latest addition to signature). Posts: 1509 | Registered: Tuesday, January 10 2006 08:00 |

Dikiyoba, I'm having some serious problems getting to your site. The load time is impressively painful. -------------------- Gamble with Gaea, and she eats your dice. I hate undead. I really, really, really, really hate undead. With a passion. Posts: 4130 | Registered: Friday, March 26 2004 08:00 |

Yes, but it's happened for something like the past four days... how's Dikiyoba doing on bandwidth for this month? -------------------- Gamble with Gaea, and she eats your dice. I hate undead. Dikiyoba has used less than a fifth of the bandwidth allocated to Dikiyoba (less than 100 Mb). It won't reset until April 14. I know that I've been constantly updating the script, but I don't see why that should suddenly become an issue now. Is it the newest page, the main page, or every page? I've also noticed that it can take a while to load/refresh while I am trying to edit it and I have a fast connection, so part of it is probably Freewebs. Diki, that bitmap image on your website is over 600K. You might want to make it a .jpg for the dial-up users out there. Posts: 60 | Registered: Wednesday, August 7 2002 07:00 |

Diki, you should rename the links of the story (Again, And Again, etc.) to what acts/scenes there are in them. -------------------- I'll put a Spring in your step. Posts: 2396 | Registered: Saturday, January 29 2005 08:00 |

Hm... it all works again now that I'm back on my dorm room's connection. I'll put it down to random difficulties. Three things. First, I've made the changes to my website that Spring and Masaaki Sakai requested. Second, Act 7, Scene 2 is done. Third, if you haven't seen yourself appear and would like to, either post in this forum or PM me so that I know. If you don't, you may die as a lurker. Dikiyoba. Edit: Typo.
