The next scene is up. It is quite lengthy. And dually concerning.

What is a reaperdisk, anyway?

Though a short sword works in a pinch.

EDIT (shortly after posting):
Yes, definitely concerning. :(

Dang, I'm dead. So... are the GIFTS coming or something? Also I feel sorry that my fictional counterpart didn't use that skribbane's power to kill noobs. Oh well, at least Alorael is dead.

After what he did to me, he deserves it. Not the real one though, and besides it's more realistic this way.

It's obvious that Nancy Reagan is sponsoring this story. Besides, Alorael has been asking for it for a while now. Remember. Conspiracies within conspiracies.

I didn't even get a monologue? Come on!

—Alorael, who will now have a moment of silence and hold himself in the light. It's rather less narcissistic than it appears, really.

Yeah, something Shakespearian would've been much better...

I shudder to think what the BoE forum's defenses will look like.

Ugh. Aran has made me think by posting his monthly stats report. Thinking is generally a good thing for me, but it can lead to overthinking. And, once again, it did.

Now I have to go back over my outline/rough draft of Act 4, Scene 5 and decide if I want to cut a section of it completely out. I really want the ur-noob to have motivation and be more than "I'm evil and stupid just because I can be" but its motivation could be construed as anti-Jeff sentiment. And I really don't want that.

Dikiyoba had better step away from the computer for a good long while and think very hard about this.

Aran has over-reacted. Anything that happens to this forum, and I've been assured nothing will happen, will be a direct and unrelated action by one person only. It is mighty egotistical to think the forum members have any effect on the existence of a company web board.

There is much worse. I could have said we needed the Crazy Frog... :P

I said I was overthinking, Salmon.

Mostly, I just had to write my thoughts down to make sure I was going a direction with my script I am comfortable with going. It wasn't over what might happen over the board. It's just my reluctance to include someone I don't know well enough to know their reaction. But I'm going with my original plan. The ur-noob needs motivation. Not until tomorrow, though.

Dikiyoba hates these sorts of posts. They take far too long to write for their length.

So how the heck does this continue? You kill off all the oldbies and then you step in at the last second to single-handedly beat the noobs, I expect?

At least give me an interesting death scene. :P

I take consolation from the fact that if I get killed, nobody gets healed/revived. Ever.

Being a necessary plot device is fun!

First thing first. Act 4, Scene 5 is up.

Second thing second. Dikiyoba will die eventually. And so will more Spiderweb members.

Edit: Typo.

Stop reading the topic as soon as you see that Dikiyoba has put up a new scene to avoid spoilers.
