The intellegent serviles that your see in G4 are a pretty small minority. The intellegent serviles feel so sorry for themselves that most are blind to the way the Drakons abuse everything, and are basically as racist (speciest?) as the Shapers. Question #2: I seem to recall drayks being better. Question #3: Battle creations never balance out in the later Geneforges. They are mostly weak meat sheilds that lack the ability to do really anything.
