But doesn't FPS stand for "First Person Shooter"? Wouldn't Alorael be more comfortable with a "Third Person Sniper" game? Unfortunately, such games have a limited market, so they are very hard to find. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Careful, Mysterious Man. Some of them might actually take you seriously. Although anyone who does will quickly shed newbie status and gain a custom title. Unfortunately, they won't be around to enjoy it. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Yes, there were several gender discrepancies in serviles between G1 and G2. Besides Learned Darian, Dikiyoba can think of two more: Brodus Blade and Lietz (sp?). Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

28. You go from real time movement to turn-based movement every time you see someone you don't like. 29. Whenever you walk outside of your house, you expect to be taken to an outside map that will allow you to instantly travel to other places, no matter how far away they are, as long as you don't have to cross any large bodies of water. 30. You're so addicted to canisters that you have no interest in trying any drugs, not even skribbane. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Originally by Dintiradan: quote:Surely you don't have to wait until you are an Evil Overlord to do that? Or will that scenario's release be the signal that you are ready and that your most competent and evil agents should go out and put Plan O into action? (Notice how brilliant Plan O is. It is not painfully obvious like The Top Secret Plan For Taking Over The World nor is it something ridiculously complex like Plan 684.3251, Section 4, Clause C. Furthermore, it is far enough along in the alphabet that it is not likely to be confused with any of the hero's plans, like Plan A or Plan B or Plan C would.) ----- Dikiyoba likes having nephilim and slithzerakai be playable species. It adds a roleplaying perspective (purely in Dikiyoba's mind, though) that would be missed in a party of only humans. But Dikiyoba is quite satisfied with only three playable species. I'm pretty sure those cheats for Geneforge 2 are just straight copies of the cheats from the first Geneforge. Not that it matters much, since the cheats are practically the same anyway. Some of the descriptions are off, and the igotarock cheat doesn't work in G2. That second bit disappoints Dikiyoba slightly. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

First, please stop double (and triple) posting, Prophet of Trump. There's an edit button for posts for a reason. Use it. Second, Dikiyoba just felt it was time for a random name change. Originally by Zeviz: quote:Thirty signs that you've been playing too much Geneforge: 1. You're trying to create your own Geneforge in the basement of your house. 2. You count serviles to lull you to sleep. 3. You expect everyone outside of your clique to automatically give you respect and loyalty. 4. You frequently mistake pickle jars for canisters. 5. You wear hooded robes whenever you are out in public to hide your glowing skin. 6. You are disappointed that you are only allowed seven pets and only four types of pets. 7. People frequently ask you questions about your moral beliefs and spread your answer to everyone they meet. 8. You have red eyes in every photo and in real life, too. 9. You are already stocking up on candy canes in preparation for Geneforge 4's release. 10. You get angry a lot. NO, I DON'T! TAKE THAT BACK, OR I'LL KILL YOU FOR NO APPARENT REASON! Edit: There. Dikiyoba put together ten things. [ Wednesday, May 10, 2006 19:15: Message edited by: DIkiYOUba ] Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

The G1 spawners. But Dikiyoba wouldn't mind seeing the G3 spawner used as a tough, high-level, near-the-end-of-the-game spawner. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Just don't pay any attention to it if it interferes with your enjoyment of the game. Sheesh. But it's there in case someone does happen to enjoy it (and at least one person does).
