It seems like Dikiyoba has heard people say that melee weapons only do about half the damage in G3 that they did in G2. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Dikiyoba thinks that the only reason the Sholai and the Shapers have similar languages is to make it more realistic for the stranded Shaper to learn the Sholai language quickly. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

I've only used the cheats in Geneforge 2 to play through as many endings as possible as fast as possible. Dikiyoba also used the character editor in A2 after the six or seventh time through so Dikiyoba could concentrate entirely on Dikiyoba's character's personalities instead of their stats. Here's the relevant piece of text about the code "ilovemoney." quote:It sounds like this code is available only in early releases of the game, not early on in the game itself. So if you have a later update, it won't work. You'll have to download Croikle's unsupported editor (only for Geneforge 1) to get free money. Dikiyoba doesn't mind MizTurky speaking in third person, but only if MizTurky does it in a way clearly different from the way Dikiyoba speaks in third person. It is quite clear that this topic was created to honor the god of spam. Every post in this thread is an offering to the god of spam. It can even pick up offerings under the guise of other gods. Therefore, the god of spam wins. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

All three of my accounts are working again, so Act 5, Scenes 1, 2, and 3, 4, and 5 are where they belong now. ----- Originally by Arancaytar: quote:Thanks. I'd like to stay on Freewebs for now, though, until it really starts giving me problems. ----- Randomizer, Fatman: I actually had Scene 4 written before your posts, but it was held back because I decided to rewrite a part of Scene 3. I'm afraid your requests changed nothing. ----- Originally by The Lurker: quote:Oops! I completely forgot about undead not being vulnerable to divine retribution, since I only use repel spirit on undead/demons. Oh well. Syros is the leader of the Takers in Geneforge 2. (The leader in the sense that he is the one you go to join the Takers.) Originally by Nick Ringer: quote:Bah! I am above such things as interesting post counts. And if you believe that, Dikiyoba has Northbridge to sell you. It's a little old and it still a few mines on it, but it's still a great deal. The details of how to discover the "Big Secret" are a in special section towards the end of Schrodinger's walkthrough. This obviously doesn't help you much if your game is screwed up, so, basically, [BIG SPOILER]. However, if you've explored the rest of the island (The Great Temple, Spirit City, The Sentinels), that's not news. Dikiyoba thinks that the "Big Secret" is unlikely to be discussed in future Geneforge games. The Shapers are probably more concerned about the future than the past at the moment.
