Thank goodness I've never had my tent flip over or fill with water. I did go on a two week camping trip last summer and just a few days into the trip, the tent door zipper broke. The door couldn't be closed at all. Naturally, it rained off and on for the rest of the trip. Duct tape helped Dikiyoba out a lot that trip. It's more likely that they are paranoid than criminals. They act and talk more like paranoids who dislike Shaper rule and creations than criminals. (Although they certainly wouldn't admit it if they were criminals.) That's Dikiyoba's opinion, anyway. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

On the basis of positive Google results. And if you still aren't convinced, then you are a figment of Dikiyoba's imagination and not the other way around. :P Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Dikiyoba thinks that Dikiyoba left them alone, but only because Dikiyoba's characters tried and died several times before giving up and never came back. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

The only problem with drakons being able to shape is that the shaped creations will be too weak to do much. A newly-created, ordinary fyora cannot attack or defend well against an eyebeast. On the other hand, drakons could shape the more powerful charged creations, which would make charged creations more interesting as well. Dikiyoba. Then you shouldn't have a problem deciding how to handle all these moral dilemmas. *Whack* *Hack* *Slash* :P ----- I don't think too deeply about these games. The fact that these creatures or people would be likely to attack and kill others (and that they immediately attack and attempt to kill my party) is enough justification for me to kill them without feeling guilty. On the other hand, being asked to go kill something that is not hostile just because it is a "monster" or because it happens to be guarding some treasure isn't something that Dikiyoba likes. Well, in theory, the rebels are helping out the non-Shaper humans as well by overthrowing the Shapers, so massive non-Shaper casualties aren't good for their cause either. But the rebels sound a lot like Takers under a different name, and the Takers have always been mad and bloodthirsty. Plus, the rebels have all the canisters, which drives people who use them mad and bloodthirsty as well. It's unlikely that the rebels would go too far out of their way to prevent needless deaths, especially since that would make their goals more difficult to complete. Besides, if the rebels did go out of their way to prevent needless deaths and just killed the loyal Shapers, then the rebel path would be the justified and moral path to take, and there wouldn't be a good enough reason to side with the Loyalists. G3 would loose some of its replayability. Some people would be happier with a decent choice to take, but G3 really isn't that sort of game. It's a "Choose the lesser of two evils" game. Dikiyoba. If anything random were added to the game, it would have to be set up so that the player can't immediately reload and get something different. You quoted it. In fact, you remind me of the adage "A broken clock is right twice a day" because you keep pointing out the first-person in my points in the hope that I messed up my gimmick. Unfortunately, Dikiyoba has somewhat arbitrarily decided that MagmaDragoon is not a broken clock, but rather a clock that is always 27 minutes and 33 seconds behind. :P Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

I'm aware of that. You haven't died yet, so you don't really need it. But it's there if you do need it. Edit: Dkmoinjuihbhha missed Arancaytar's post above Dnkjbhvgtya's previous one until now. But if everyone on these message boards who wanted to take over the world got together, Drhugba bets that it could be done easily. I tested the Episode 2 site again and had no problems this time around. Originally by Arancaytar: quote:I haven't forgotten. It was only stated on page 7, after all. This whole script proves that I'm good at remember what people have done and said. And I've got your offer at top of my list of things to look into, should I decide that I have to move my site. Originally by Slartucker: quote:Crown Duel, by Sherwood Smith. The story is told in first person and the main character gets knocked unconscious at the climax and doesn't wake up until everything has been resolved. So the reader misses out on how everything is resolved and only hears about it when another character tells about it afterwards. quote:Because we're easier to watch that way, obviously. :P Dzeknjghfwpba. 1. The Ritual of Welcoming is in Avit. You'll know you are in the right spot when you find a room with three puddles in it. When you walk up to the puddles, you will be given a description of the color it is and asked whether or not you want to touch it. There should be a vahnatai in the room who will tell you how to do the Ritual properly. If you do it properly, a dialog box will pop up and tell you so. 2. The vahnatai is an outside encounter in the ruins of a vahnatai city. He's the one with a valuable-looking necklace. Don't try to steal it, obviously. You probably have to know the language to get him to train you. Vahnatai lore is useful in a few situations, so it's probably worth it. 3. Please don't double post. Use the edit button instead. Dikiyoba hopes this is enough help. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Originally by Arancaytar: quote:My script will never become completely unreadable for three reasons: 1. That typo has been there for weeks, and no one noticed it (or at least, no one said anything) until now. 2. Only Dikiyoba the character has been caught by the thing, not Dikiyoba the narrator. 3. It would completely detract from the plot, and I'm still upset over the last book I read because it pulled a stunt that detracted from the plot. ----- Originally by Ephesos: quote:Sorry, I don't know what's wrong with it. I just tested it and got the problem too, but only on the site of Episode 2, and then only inconsistently. ----- Dknhfwqa. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Originally by Ephesos: quote:It's up to 9% now. If anything, it's surprising that the number is so low. The poll has eight continents and the Antarctica option has "Hey, you never know." Those are clearly two good reasons for absurdity. Although if anyone wants serious results, I'm North America, not Antarctica. Originally by Ford Prefect: quote:Either Dikiyoba is too tired for proper comprehension, or you seriously contradicted yourself. [Edit: And Alorael beat Dikiyoba to it. And with better comprehension.] Edit 2: Typo. [ Friday, June 02, 2006 19:30: Message edited by: Dmknoiygba ] Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Thahds are good the way they are, because they are so basic. Battle betas should be able to do way more damage to an opponent than battle alphas. A far better melee attack should be the reason to spend the all extra essence on them. I'd rather be able to create stinging clawbugs than plated clawbugs. It would be interesting to give it high dexterity, extra AP, and a poison attack but give it only low armor. That way it would be good at hitting and doing damage, and good at avoiding being hit, but when it did get hit, it would get hit hard. Dikiyoba.
