Act 6, Scene 5. (You'll never guess who the thing attacks in this scene. :P )

As long as this doesn't mean that the rest of the script will be in thing-speak...

Worse we have to get a translator. *shudder* Raising Commander Eddie or some one like him. I liked how he died in Episode 1.

See? It's starting already. Pretty soon the script will be unreadable. ;)

Dikiyoba, your site is acting up. I click on a link, and it disappears until I refresh.

My script will never become completely unreadable for three reasons:

1. That typo has been there for weeks, and no one noticed it (or at least, no one said anything) until now.

2. Only Dikiyoba the character has been caught by the thing, not Dikiyoba the narrator.

3. It would completely detract from the plot, and I'm still upset over the last book I read because it pulled a stunt that detracted from the plot.

Sorry, I don't know what's wrong with it. I just tested it and got the problem too, but only on the site of Episode 2, and then only inconsistently.

While the script itself might not suffer, some people who post in this thread seem to have been affected by "the thing" even here. :)

Sounds like time for a new host. I saw a list of good free hosts on another forum: here

Don't forget that I already offered to host it (without ads, probably more space and traffic, and possibly better tech support - free hosts aren't notoriously quick to respond to requests). :P

What book was that?

And Aran, why in the world are you so eager to have everyone under your webhosting thumb? :)

I tested the Episode 2 site again and had no problems this time around.

I haven't forgotten. It was only stated on page 7, after all. This whole script proves that I'm good at remember what people have done and said. And I've got your offer at top of my list of things to look into, should I decide that I have to move my site.

Originally by Slartucker:

Crown Duel, by Sherwood Smith. The story is told in first person and the main character gets knocked unconscious at the climax and doesn't wake up until everything has been resolved. So the reader misses out on how everything is resolved and only hears about it when another character tells about it afterwards.

And Aran, why in the world are you so eager to have everyone under your webhosting thumb?
Because we're easier to watch that way, obviously. :P

The "Don't forget" was directed at Zeviz, by the way - I don't mean to pester you or anything, I know you'll remember if you ever do need it.

BTW, on the list of characters, it says that I don't have an element, but I do. I'm pretty sure it was Ytterbium. Or Yttrium. I get the two mixed up.

I'm aware of that. You haven't died yet, so you don't really need it. But it's there if you do need it.

Edit: Dkmoinjuihbhha missed Arancaytar's post above Dnkjbhvgtya's previous one until now. But if everyone on these message boards who wanted to take over the world got together, Drhugba bets that it could be done easily.

Archmagus Micael sent me a short script about his BoA scenario, so while I'm working on Act 7, you can read that here.
