Also, Canada cannot qualify, so I might as well pick a second run favorite. with respect to Ballack, he's currently my favorite German player so he got a special mention, although I think Klose is giving him a go in this tourney. And yes, it is a funny name. -------------------- "Dikiyoba ... is demon ... drives people mad and ... do all sorts of strange things." "You Spiderwebbians are mad, mad, mad as March hares." This topic is good humour. Starman's and Ghost's replies made me laugh my head off. -------------------- I have nothing more to do in this world, so I can go & pester the inhabitants of the next one with a pure concscience. Posts: 617 | Registered: Tuesday, April 13 2004 07:00 |

Originally by Nikki: quote:Sorry. I've been fairly busy over the last few days. I'm still working on it, and I hope to have the next two scenes up soon. (And while I'm posting, I might as well ask to make absolutely sure. There aren't any bows in Nethergate, right?) In other news, it appears that your speculation paid off. Stughalf has made a reappearance on these boards. I'd include him in my script now that he has made a few posts, but if I did that, all the newbs will be clamoring for a part as well. Oh wait. They already do that. Never mind. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Despite the fact that both Romans and Celts used them hostorically, there are no bows in Nethergate, just javelins and slings. Even with its bowlessness, it's still the best Spiderweb game ever. :P -------------------- "You're drinking liquor because you're thirsty? Act 8, Scenes 2, 3, and 4. This update isn't as soon as I had hoped it would be, but now it's three scenes as opposed to just two. And the script has now been visited over 1000 times. Good work, everyone. Dikiyoba is sure that Nikki will find Scene 4 very memorable. :P Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Finally, I get knocked unconsious. Am I going to be affected as if I was attacked by the thing, or am I going to just recover? Also, is anyone going to survive the thing? Posts: 587 | Registered: Tuesday, April 1 2003 08:00 |

Brilliant how you included my post in this topic in the script. Keep up the good work, Dikiyoba! -------------------- "You're drinking liquor because you're thirsty? quote:Oh very funny. That's the last time you beta-test for me young lady... :P Highlight of the new stuff, though, was realising that Aura of Flames didn't exist in Nethergate. The thing just gets sillier and sillier. Can't wait for the next installment. As per usual, I'm impressed. I can't wait to see what's on the outside of the forum. (For some reason, I'm thinking Snakes on a Plane. Perhaps because I visited a strange link from Polaris that had to do with it.) -------------------- Gamble with Gaea, and she eats your dice. I hate undead. Are there any plans for a Episode Three, Dikiyoba? Bump. Well, I have to finish Episode 2 first before I even start thinking about doing a third episode. Dikiyoba is working on Act 9, though, don't worry. And now someone else needs to post in this thread... Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Perhaps Episode Three could revolve around Ed wrecking the boards, killing Spiderwebbers, etc. The script would revolve around the resulting manhunt. EDIT: Except that sounds mildly stupid. Nevermind.
