I've been to Ashland, Oregon, Chicago, Illinois, and Washington, D.C. this summer. Our flight home from Wash was delayed for five hours, four of which we spent grounded on the plane, whose air conditioning wasn't operating. So everyone was fanning themselves and getting cold drinks until we were allowed off for an hour and finally able to fly later. The flight was still five more hours, but they got the A/C working by then.

I remember that, too. I loved making a tangle of wires with three switches. Two of the switches would be "losers" and one would be a "winner" and you'd have to guess the right switch. Tough stuff. I think that The Incredible Machine was a little better, but whatever.

Yay! Zoombinis! They made at least one sequel... not sure if I actually ever played it. Now I feel like playing it again too.

Two sequels (and, ok, I just saw that Tyran already wrote that  ). And I still own Logical Journey. And it still sucks the least.

I also used to love all of those Humongous Entertainment games that were all taken over by stupid Atari. Freddi Fish and whatnot. I must have learned something throughout playing, like, all of them because I didn't need as much help as before on the last couple of games they ever released.

EDIT: There were games other than Thinkin' Things that had Fripples? I miss out on everything.

I showed BoA to my friend before I started going to school with her. It turns out she's pretty popular (but nice) and didn't really play computer games at all anymore. She must have been really weirded out. Plus, my party kept getting killed (like, a LOT) in a DoK (!) battle.

Yes, we wanted to develop a cult that dwelled in the hidden forums, but they were discontinued. They weren't linked to, but you could type in the addresses.

Nothing yet.

[b](11) Describe the last dream you can remember.
I was in a store looking at Dav Pilkey books. Then I skateboarded a little and woke up. I have tons of dreams about skateboarding. I think I have a half-hearted dream of becoming a skateboarder.

Yes, following the tutorial and making "Basic Scenario" is a good exercise. The physical act of placing terrain and skeletons is the starting gate for more ambitious scenarios.

"Favorite games, etc." isn't much to work with, but I mostly just play Geneforge. I also don't want a fancy graphic, so I could be, say, the child NPC graphic with an icon adjust and a coupla nodes of dialogue. Too much to ask?

No, no, it was an overreaction, but it was mildly funny. I mean, if you picture some guys sitting around talking casually about muffin demons when suddenly a bulgy-eyed, horrified man jumps from his seat and starts yelling, "It's not true, we need scenarios, do what you want, scenarios are God, blather blather!"

Geeks are considered less socially apt and more fashionably clueless where I live. Some actually venture to call nerds "cool" (like I do), but I'm still working out what "cool" means.

Edit: Forgot the word "more."

Yes, but in G1 you can join the Obeyers first (feed Control 4[?]), then join the Awakened (kill Control 4), then join the Takers (kill Ellhrah), reaping the benefits of each group.

I liked G1 because it was (I think) the first RPG I ever played, so I'm more adjusted to its gameplay. I also love the plot. The characters didn't really, you know, DO stuff, but I still liked talking with them. It's the only game in the series that I've had the patience to finish.
