BBR - He seems to do that a lot. synergy67 - Dude, try using the edit button. I'm not trying to piss you off or anything it's just that it's no more difficult and I don't see why you can't master that. Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

The reason I got ruined in Hyp is becuase I attacked and impersonated COR and bholed their planets and sold a bunch of ships to someone then black holed that planet. I then proceeded to go into my alliances core and prime a black hole there but they decided they'd had enough and 50mill of ships attacked my planet which only had a few hundred k. It was fun for a little while though, and I was given a credit from some dude for no apparent reason. Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

I'd say go for Avernum 2. I found it more addictive than the others and it's a little better than A1 and a lot better than A2. But then again that's just my opinion and there are going to be a lot of personal opinions on this thread. Why don't you just download a bunch of the demos and try them out for yourself and see what tickles your fancy? Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

Powerman - One post of that description (or possibly two as I haven't seen the other one) seems to be enough to earn you a 1 star rating. I love this communtity. [ Sunday, September 18, 2005 21:50: Message edited by: Kingy ] Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

Kingdom of Loathing was pretty fun for a while. Also Slimeball is rediculously addictive even if the opposition is a Korean posing as a computer (I'm guessing you got the link from the second best page in the universe). I once got to the second level but it took hours. Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |

Eagle - It might just be me but your picture doesn't seem to load. I have to agree that if you can't look past the graphics there is not point being here and playing these games. I know I was heavily opposed to A4 graphics but hell, if it works it works because these graphics arn't exactly brilliant but they mean you pay far more attention to the plot and what's going on than pretty colours. Avernum 3 being to big and not really giving you any directions was my main problem with it. I just ended up doing stuff when I happened to stumble across it. Posts: 776 | Registered: Friday, July 4 2003 07:00 |
