Hedge Wizards and Berserkers are decent, but the trouble with Hedge Wizards is that you don't get quite enough skill points to start with 5 points in either Mage Spells or Priest Spells, which means that some of the best starting spells are inaccessible. quote:"I am rating it on a scale of 1 to 10" is not the answer he was looking for. He's asking how you actually differentiate between an 8.9, a 9.0 and a 9.1. -------------------- The Empire Always Loses: This Time For Sure! Posts: 9973 | Registered: Saturday, March 30 2002 08:00 |

There isn't actually a hard limit, it's just that most things stop giving you experience after that point. I managed to get a servile to level 47 once. -------------------- The Empire Always Loses: This Time For Sure! Posts: 9973 | Registered: Saturday, March 30 2002 08:00 |

quote:Presumably you are thinking of the fact that energy is conserved, and so if any particle is converted to any number of other particles, the total amount of energy in the system won't change. To say that this means that both are "composed" of energy seems a bit of a stretch -- after all, there are other physical quantities that are conserved as well, like angular momentum, but people don't go around saying that everything is composed of angular momentum. quote:Believe what you want, but please stop abusing physics to make your points. Energy isn't a kind of thing; it's a property that things have. As SoT said in another topic, talking about pure energy makes about as much sense as talking about pure height. -------------------- The Empire Always Loses: This Time For Sure! I think once you've stepped on all of those spots, the egg is active. The egg's effect is to change the quotes at the beginning of each chapter to silly ones for the rest of that session of play. -------------------- The Empire Always Loses: This Time For Sure! Don't panic too much about it. Not many points are drained with each hit, and you can never actually lose an experience level from it: it'll just take longer to get to the next level. -------------------- The Empire Always Loses: This Time For Sure! If your Tool Use is high enough, you can find and turn off the golem-making machines. Alternatively, just run past them. -------------------- The Empire Always Loses: This Time For Sure! Posts: 9973 | Registered: Saturday, March 30 2002 08:00 |
