I was quite surprised to see that I and Wanderer were not fighting alongside with Dintiradan. Oh well. Maybe I'll get to live after all. :P Posts: 363 | Registered: Wednesday, February 22 2006 08:00 |

quote:I don't want to be cynical, but I don't like hypocrisy. I think this 'we all miss you' thing is a bit exaggerated. There are/were some people, including active members, who didn't like Rosycat's behavior, and I'm pretty sure you are aware of that. I think I can safely and respectfully say that I am among those who didn't like Rosycat's behavior, and I certainly don't miss her. I do wish her all the happy birthdays and post-birthdays you want, however. quote:(respectful silence) quote:*erupts in gales of mad laughter* Okay, I agree with you, but I was not surprised when I read about this 'spam competition'. A lot of people (read : mostly n00bs) tend to react like that to these kind of stats, and there have been issues like this one on other forums. Okay, your postcount isn't nearly as big as Alorael's, but that's still quite a lot of posts in my opinion. :) [ Sunday, March 19, 2006 07:58: Message edited by: The Lurker ] Posts: 363 | Registered: Wednesday, February 22 2006 08:00 |

I think it would be possible to do that in Geneforge 3 (having other creatures kill enemies when really necessary), but I think you at least need to attack Barzahl yourself in Gf2 if you want to be a Taker. Posts: 363 | Registered: Wednesday, February 22 2006 08:00 |

Interestingly enough, the poll seems to prove the fact that I am not the only one who bought Homeland. To those who bought Homeland : now write a review for Homeland in the appropriate thread, people. :) Posts: 363 | Registered: Wednesday, February 22 2006 08:00 |

quote:I read Schrodinger's FAQ a while ago, but I think he's wrong (or maybe he wrote that for shapers who want to switch sides). Agatha was always dead when I got to Maker's End as a rebel. I checked the scripts, and I can't remember Omen Eye saying something else than 'Now I will kill you, as I killed the weak Shapers in my care' when you're a rebel. EDIT : Fixed the Omen Eye quote. quote:That was me. I don't think I can rate BoA right now. I think we just haven't seen enough of its potential yet. Anyway, I won't rate it, but I can say that I really enjoyed playing the pre-made scenarios, even the Za-Khazi Run. I enjoyed the thirs-party scenarios even more, but I do agree that we haven't had a true masterpiece yet. I don't really think BoA is dying, so we should get one at some point. All we have to do is make scenarios (don't expect me to start making one before at least three months, I have lots of problem with my computer right now), and be patient. Very patient. ;) Posts: 363 | Registered: Wednesday, February 22 2006 08:00 |

I wonder if this response means that Jeff does not intend to do a 'Blades of Geneforge'? If so, I would be very disappointed. Posts: 363 | Registered: Wednesday, February 22 2006 08:00 |

You know, you can get injured friendship mended 'just like that', if the people concerned are really (or have become) nice and willing to do that. I doubt that will be the case for Ed and Thralni, sadly. But one can always hope for a miracle. It happens sometimes. Posts: 363 | Registered: Wednesday, February 22 2006 08:00 |

This has nothing to do with Avernum 4, but I too remember having problems with Geneforge 3 in Dhonal's keep in town mode : sometimes the game paused and the characters started moving extremely slowly for seemingly no reason for a few seconds (especially when I was near a golem).
