No, it hasn't, so don't sell valuable pieces of equipment once you start approaching the limit, or go out and buy a bunch of spells, creations, canisters, living tools, etc. The little question marks just identify important areas on the map. Click on them and the name of the area will show up. Like "shop" on a shop or something similar. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

30,000 is the max amount of money you can have at one time. Sorry, there's no way around this. On the other hand, you can change the walking speed of your character. The default speed is 24, so find wherever cr_walk_speed is higher than that and change it to suit your taste. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

G1 is Dikiyoba's favorite, and then G2, G4, and finally G3. G4 would probably move above G2 if it ran on Dikiyoba's computer better. G3 is significantly worse than the others. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Isn't "the killing" part of "the game". I mean, "the game" covers everything. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Dikiyoba would rather not run into Alorael's posts--or anyone else's, for that matter. Running into things hurts! Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

If running into one of Alorael's posts isn't a big deal, then Nikki must have been referring to someone whose posts are a big deal to run into. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Dikiyoba doesn't think he stated that directly, but he said something along the lines of G5 determining whether Shaping stays or goes, which seems pretty final. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

I prefer using a shock trooper, but I don't have any objective reason for it. Well, except that I don't mess around with magic in the Geneforge Series much. Dikiyoba reloads after creation death as well. The creations protect you, you protect the creations, and it all works out. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

If the effect bothers you that much, why even make a charged creation at all? Many people don't even bother with them in the first place. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Yes, it's a once per day ability. But if you have multiple characters who know it, a different one should be able to sanctify it. (Dikiyoba assumes it works the same way in A3 as it does in A2.) Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Aren't the G4 saved games actually in the My Documents folder now? That has been my experience with them on Windows XP at least, and removing the G4 Saved Games folder from My Documents should make the game generate a new folder and empty set of save files the next time you play it. Dikiyoba is a Geneforge freak, but not nearly as freaky as some of the other ones. It's always a very close call between the Geneforge Series and the Avernum Series. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Originally by Excalibur: quote:Suffice to say, it was deliberately started and deliberately picked up by others. Originally by Salmon: quote:Salmon, you goofball. That is Hedgehog Eight Point One One Seven Five, not Hedgehog Eight. You've gone and ruined all my plans and screwed yourself over in the process. Dikiyoba uses the Mulligan Plan to return to Barons Court in order to launch a new plan of attack next turn. Edit: That's two pages in a row! Originally by Eugi: quote:Or thorn batons work so well that bows were never invented. I mean, it's probably a lot easier to carry thorns and a baton than a bow and arrows (although the batons seem to have grown larger in G4). Easier to make? Probably not the batons, but the thorns aren't much of a problem. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |
