Hmmm... unless I am mistaken the first round, every voter gets to apply one point, for every candidate, however they choose, but in the second round, there is only one vote, per voter? Now, a sensible way of that would be in the first round, you are able to vote for yourself, with say, up to half of your voter points and in the second round, it does not really matter, either way, because there is many more non-candidate voters, than candidate voters, at that point. If I remember correctly, encumberance is only weight-related in Geneforge. As in, the total weight you carry. Too much and your action points will lessen in combat. And then there was much FYTing... Ben had a point, though. Despite the temporarily similar monikers, I am hardly him, despite my consideration that he is a lovable street starfish. I would prefer a rule that prevented voting for yourself to be in effect, for both rounds. Then again, whether people do start voting for themselves or not, I think I'm just going to stick to my principles. I consider it a form of cheating, because I know my luck. In this case, however, it is open voting, which should actually mean that it would be clear to notice whether it'd even make a difference, to myself. It would be quite amusing if in the Generic Dungeon, hidden in a small corner of it, somewhere, was a little red button marked: Do Not Press Under Any Circumstances!, because you know that you're always going to push that button. Because if Richard White still exists, then he probably still gets a little money in, now and then, from people who either have too much time and money on their hands, are too bored or were drunk at the time and someone stole their credit card and ordered them a bunch of useless stuff. Eh, indeed, ADoS, you have a good point, there. The Shining series, if you've got the emulators for them, are very fun. Well, other than Shining in the Darkness, unless you love to go really retro... If you find your way into possessing a GBA emulator, I also reccommend Fire Emblem. Plus, if you get bored of RPG's, with a nice Genesis emulator, there are several platformers, such as James Pond and Sonic. PPP1 was the General board only. PPP2 hit all boards and some were deleted early, before anyone thought about them, because they no longer showed up on the main forum list. This sadly included the A1-3 boards and the remenants of Misc.
