A trip to the butcher's shop would also be educational, but that's not condoned either. School administrators usually prefer that you learn about what they want you to learn about.

What made you post when you had nothing to say?

Well, for all you know, that's how every single religion started. And now, 2000 years later, everyone has added on their little bit and made it into something completely different.

Why do you have a 1913 copy of Webster's?

Aha ha! You are clever! You have made reference to multiple underworlds, thus displaying your feigned confusion at which hell TM made reference to! What a humorous and inquisitive sentence, illustrated by the many question marks! Ha ha! And your portrayed misunderstanding of TM's use of the word "thread" is equally ridiculous. Ha!

This map is rather vague, but it's at least better than Google Earth.

And where are all the Australians? Is it two in the morning there?

Edit: I'm retarded and don't understand the concept of a non-static view point. That's why I couldn't see any Australians; they were off the map!

Are we getting closer? :) / :(

Did you do something exectionally difficult relating to the scenario DwtD?

Is the above question relevant to this message board game? (Is it bringing us closer)

EDIT: That's a "p" missing in the word "exceptionally", but I don't see the point in correcting it as it's quoted in the post below.

No. I think, unless TM himself has anything to respond to (and he's had about half day to do so), this thread's original topic is completely irrelevant now.

So instead, let's nitpick over something or other. Maybe grammar? Or how about phrasing?

viruses?! in Blades of Avernum

I'm guessing that while you were gone, he thought of you and decided to get some extra work done. He scanned your computer for virii. The virus detector, in turn, noticed that your Spidweb game had been downloaded, automatically bumping up the alert level. In addition, it had created files, bumping up the alert level more.
He then mistook the detector's alert for something much more threatening and helpfully deleted your game.

At least, that's what I think happened. But then, it's a very unstable situation. It's also possible he tried playing and accidentally ruined your save. Then he tried to hide the evidence.

I think dialog pivots more on whether or not plagues have been defeated.

The decay of Blackcrag and the Dragon Lair would be extremely unrealistic. Blackcrag is home to the Empire's most powerful troops, and the Dragon Lair is populated by DRAGONS.

So not all cities decay.

I guess if you don't know how to play the game efficiently, you'd probably use Fireblast over Bolt of Fire against a single fire vulnerable opponent.

Of course the spellbook is precious, Lvl 3 spells are rare. What mage would turn up the opportunity for more power? And even if they didn't want to learn the spell, why not sell it?

I carry around a special piece of metal that I use just to impale people on. They don't even have to be angry at me!

Anyway, I call this special stabber a "sword" and I find it just about as useful as BoF.

In other news, the general consensus among Spidwebbers is that the complete and total destruction of all allies and foes (in that order) is about the most fun you can find for $25.
