Okay, so I fanilly go to face Rentar-Ihnro Erika appears and... starts attacking me!? WTF? Is that supposed to happen? There's no way I can beat the both of them, or even get up on the platform to the controls. Not with them charming and forcecaging the party every turn. Did you do something to anger Erika during the game? That could very well be the cause... Did you agree to accept her boon? (did you get the special amulet which makes getting to Rentar much easier) -------------------- Gamble with Gaea, and she eats your dice. I hate undead. I really, really, really, really hate undead. It's possible that you did something to make the town hostile, like accidentally attacking one of your own summoned monsters. If this happens, Erika will become hostile as well. -------------------- The Empire Always Loses: This Time For Sure! Posts: 9973 | Registered: Saturday, March 30 2002 08:00 |

If you don't accept Erika's boon, it's just a longer walk through the Great Walls. A lot longer. And you never really kill Rentar. Even if you do, the plot unfolds as if she hadn't died (I know this because I had an hour to kill, and I spent it slowly killing Rentar). -------------------- Gamble with Gaea, and she eats your dice. I know it's possible with Wound in E3, but how did you manage to do damage in A3? -------------------- quote: Posts: 1115 | Registered: Sunday, May 15 2005 07:00 |

No, you are not supposed to kill either of them. The plot takes care of it and does so whether or not you waste your time on them. —Alorael, who always wanted to kill Levy. Alas, it was not to be. Posts: 14579 | Registered: Saturday, December 1 2001 08:00 |
