I think I would have noticed any mention of nipples in the game cannon. Sliths are also definitely cold-blooded. I say we take that and run with it.

I'd have edited this into my earlier post, but then I wouldn't be a filth spammer (and some people might also miss my incredibly important message).

Since the Geneforge Series is so much more focused on combat, maybe we could have a place to respond to enemy attacks. For example, there could be counterspells to nullify magic attacks and blocks to stop weapons.

How do you survive that 167 degree Farenheit heat?

Wouldn't you like to know. :P

Upon reconsideration, the temperature is about 75 degrees Farenheit.

It would be nice if the documentation of the skills and creations (specifically, that of the Clawbug) were finally fixed.

Yes, that's true, but figure this: You listen to a commercial in which they prais one function of a medicine, followed by an enormous list of possible faults, one of which is liver cancer. Is it worth it?

That's up to the user-to-be. You have to decide for yourself whether the slight risk of getting a deadly cancer is greater or less that the pain which restricts you and which you have to deal with every day.

When I ordered Geneforge I over the phone, I still hadn't clued in on the whole "Gene" thing. I pronounced it "jeh' neh forj". I think it was either Linda or Mariann who took my order, and they were confused for several seconds.

...Yeah, I have absolutely nothing to contribute.

You know, I think there might be a way to set flags in-game (rather than tripping specials and sticking in your code). Don't you just enter the coordinates and value as you would a regular cheat code? I'd check right now, but I don't have the resources...

Allowing a nation to research Nuclear power unsupervised, after they have already stated that they would destroy Israel if they could, is complete madness. To top it all off, Iran is a Shi'a run nation, surrounded by other Shi'a run nations, including, thanks to the US, Iraq. Since the elections in Palestine, not even Israel's neighbors are neutral anymore.

The US and Israel are only two of the many critics against Iran. The entire European Union, Russia, and China, all back the idea of placing UN supervisors in Iran. None are saying Iran can not have a Nuclear program; they just want to make sure that it is being used for practical purposes. Furthermore, Iran has disagreed to every one of these negotiations, and will not allow supervisors. Why? Makes a man wonder...

The U.S.A. and Israel (understandably) are hostile to Iran and want its program over. China, Russia, and the EU are willing to let Iran's enrichment program continue, and even to assist Iran in the contruction of facilities.

Iran has been very cooperative in frequently halting their nuclear program, even if they have not allowed supervisors (I cannot find any articles to prove or disprove this).

I'm not defending Iran so much as I am trying to change the minds of the Americans who see the name "Iran" in print and go, "OMG OMG towel-heads! t3h US r t3h mighy & wize!"

Not usually. Sometimes, things are just so obvious you cannot deny them. The trial of Saddam Hussein, for instance, is completely pointless. However, if you look at the critics of Iran rather than the critiques, they turn out to be mainly the U.S.A. and Israel.

Considering that the U.S.A. was removed from power in Iran some 30 years ago and that we have since tried desperately to remove those who removed us, I think politicians and political committees of the U.S.A. might be slightly biased.

Then there's Israel. They're clearly not liked in the Middle East, mostly because they back everything the U.S.A. does in the area and because most of the things the U.S.A. does in the area result in widespread political instability.

Therefore I must disagree that Iran is definitely developing nukes on the grounds that most news of their developments is biased and that most opinion, or hunches, are formed on news (which may or may not be biased).

You don't need Khyryk to free the Shapers. It helps a lot, but his assistance is not necessary. As for the rod and controls, they're not all in the same spot. You may have missed one which was floating around to the side.

There's two pseud-rebel camps, but the vicious guerilla fighters who are called "rebels" don't appear in any of the games. Lankan's camp is full of scared peasants, yet they are the closest to rebels you'll get in anything below or up to G3. The reason they're only pseudo-rebels is because you have to help them in order for them to attack the shapers. The other camp is hidden outside the Kentia East Gate. These people are just hiding from the shapers and creations.

I've heard of Caesar III and I used to play it, but now it's just too old and outdated (yes, I noticed the irony of posting this on a SpidWeb forum). However, if you've decided to buy it, you might want to get the Great Empires Collection instead. It comes with an Egyptian equivalent to the Roman C3, as well as an expansion pack.

Hey Commander Edward (seeing as how I'm almost certain you're reading), is this how you react to all untargeted generic insults? Because I'd hate to see what would happen if someone actually tried to offend you.

EDIT: You know what, I might have been being unclear. By "untargeted generic insults", I mean TM's post in the "Oops" thread about certain people being dense.

For most special encounters and dialog, you can chose to record the information you see. It's useful for keeping track of recipies and whatnot. After you record the information, it appears there.

Your friend accidentally hit a cat. Thuryl's neighbor allegedly set traps for them because he hated cats.
