Anybody with an oven, flour, and bags-upon-bags of sugar can bribe the Administration. However, taste, presentation and calorific value will be closely examined - Drakey has to watch his waistline now he's approaching 8. -------------------- Nikki's Nook - BoA Scenarios and poetry. Meh, I caught a few games, but when it's on at 3am, and I don't even know any teams, I found it hard to care. Of course, the fact that you American's get so excited about a game of rounders is very endearing. Bless you. -------------------- Nikki's Nook - BoA Scenarios and poetry. Why would I do that, when I can just read them?? Besides, the closest I want to get to Dikiyoba's stories is Project Spidweb. And that isn't even based on them. And, after TV, I don't think I'll be doing any more prolonged cutscenes any time soon, either. In fact, rooms full of dragons and liches are on the menu from here on out. :D -------------------- Nikki's Nook - BoA Scenarios and poetry. Posts: 2864 | Registered: Monday, September 8 2003 07:00 |

The surface floors DO import the cavern floors (floor 0), so if you alter that, then all floors that import that will be changed. Don't forget that your custom data script takes precident over corescendata. So changing the first floor without altering the grass floor will make BoA edit the cave floor, see that you aren't changing the grass floor, and go ahead and import floor 0 - the one you changed. Hope that makes sense. If I were you, I'd reassign the altered floors a different, unused number, leaving the first cave floors well alone. That way is far easier than redefining all of the grass floors again. -------------------- Nikki's Nook - Come back to Camden, and I'll be good. I agree - a centralised place for graphics is definitely needed. As it is, there are too many spewed all over the place. I haven't submitted anything to the Louvre, mainly because most of my graphics are just edits, and partly because I thought Brett had stopped accepting contributions (I'm sure I saw a thread somewhere which effectively said as much). Even if it's not the Louvre, there should definitely be a hub, even if it just links out to other sites. -------------------- Nikki's Nook - BoA Scenarios and poetry. I'm quite fond of GF1, but I'd say GF4 just edges it. Just. [ Saturday, October 27, 2007 04:30: Message edited by: Ballad ] -------------------- Nikki's Nook - BoA Scenarios and poetry. Posts: 2864 | Registered: Monday, September 8 2003 07:00 |

Ick. Part of me wants Nalyd to get a custom title just so he can't whine about getting one. And Iffy - you have the title "Canned" still because the Admin wish to stuff you in a tight little metal container, so that they can keep all your amazing-ness to themselves. I've played through, and it all works fine. I had a bit of a problem with the lightning rod - I'd already picked it up and not realised it. Otherwise, very nice. -------------------- Nikki's Nook - BoA Scenarios and poetry. Posts: 2864 | Registered: Monday, September 8 2003 07:00 |

Do you know how long it'd take to make a decent, sizeable cutscene-scenario, Iffy? If not, then please go and make one before suggesting it as a contest idea. -------------------- Nikki's Nook - BoA Scenarios and poetry. (And sadly, this was your life...)
