Maybe the trilogy would suck, but how about one of the stories in the Silmarillion. Like Tuor and the Fall of Gondolin or something. That would be interesting. The fall of Numenor would be neat as well.

While we are on the subject of humanoid intelligence... Why are Ogre Mages so powerful. Ogres are pitifully weak, yet their mages cast level six spells and summon demons in the blink of an eye. That and their blue skin leads me to beleive that they are a strain of super-intelligent genetic deviants, who took to rulling ogres as a hobby.

Don't worry, TM. My next scenario should break 5.0. As is, though, I think I'm slightly better than Fizz.

Ha! What is 1 million pounds to the chief of the omnipotent Smugglers' Alliance. I'd only take box A, just to be different. I'd also brutally murder the alien. After that, I'd eat a bowl of chicken noodle soup.
I used to be schitzophrenic, but we're okay now.

But don't some terrain use up more or less ticks? This would throw things off if the effect kept on building upon itself over the course of a scenario.

quote:
The catholic church believe that you aren't born with a matured soul so abortion is wrong for them as you cast a soul into limbo, preventing it to go to heaven. I don't remember exactly what rules they apply but to go to heaven, the child must be baptised and under 7 years to have commited no sins. Thus the souls of aborted foetuses isn't baptised and can't go to heaven.
Actually, the catholic church has not definitively stated either way as to whether or not the fetus goes to heaven. The exact language they use is.
1261 As regards children who have died without Baptism, the Church can only entrust them to the mercy of God, as she does in her funeral rites for them. Indeed, the great mercy of God who desires that all men should be saved, and Jesus' tenderness toward children which caused him to say: "Let the children come to me, do not hinder them,"[63] allow us to hope that there is a way of salvation for children who have died without Baptism. All the more urgent is the Church's call not to prevent little children coming to Christ through the gift of holy Baptism.

Obviously Avernum is included as well. And we've brought up Geneforge, too. Nethergate could be stuck in there as well, but it has no original races. Sidhe are cool, but not original.

Actually, nephilim and (Obviously) humans aren't original either. Nephilim are from Hebrew mythology, they are even mentioned in the bible.
