Those points have already been answered. If you totaly agree with someone else, rest assured your point has been raised and is no longer needed otherwise you wouldn't know if you totaly agree with said person. If you have something of substance to offer to the topic feel free to offer it.

To be honest Infernal666hate, I didn't actually bother reading all the previous pages. Over 400 replies have been added to this topic, and I only wanted to make a point :o

I started an account about a year ago "Naeemai", which is now level 91. A friend of mine trains it at times, and yes, I know that is breaking one of the rules but a lot of people do it. My crafting is 58, so I can easily make a million dollars a day by crafting green dragon armor and selling dragon bones for 2,000 each. The problem with this method is that you must go into the wilderness to find green dragons, and will very often be attacked or killed by other players; though nothing of significant value is ever lost.

The game gets a bit easy when you find your place. Once a solid way of making money is found everything else falls into place. My player has a whip, full veracs, obby shield, rune boots, and glory and wealth ring… Well, to be honest, if you have a free account there are very few ways of making real money. Mining and smithing is a good way, as is selling cow hides; though getting a million dollars in cow hides at 100 each seems tedious.

I find myself at times having to resist using the common acronyms of runescape like "rly", "kk", "lol", "ffs", "lvl" and "ppl" as most people expect a fast response to questions. The spelling workarounds for the sensor are also relatively funny. A lot of people on runescape can be very rude, especially if you are a lower level than them. I've met a couple decent people in the game, which have become close friends.

While I agree with your point of view, it is greatly appreciated that the less time you spend writing your post, the more time you spend reading the rest of the thread. The less you can add to the discussion, the more likely it is that everything you do add has been said before. :)

Well, it's better than macroing. Which just happens to have gotten 2000 players banned recently.

Actaully, I am just playing the free version right now. After I've done all the free stuff, I'll decide if it's worth my money.

Well I only played because you were there (Alex), but since you seemed to have disappeared from MSN so did my Runescape account.

While going through the archives in search for something else, I came across this, proving that there is little new on the General forum.

And sorry for reviving this. It's been barely two weeks, anyhow. :P

1: runescape sucks.
2: runescape is comparable to crack, and i happen to play it.
3: add Superlinkjak
4: if you beg for cash, ill have to kill you.
5: When you add me, ask "tim or jake?" if its tim, i suggest you dont talk anymore. if its jake (me :D ) then carry on.
6: dont try to say "hashbrowns." it will politely censor it.
7: err.... umm.... dont get an ingame girlfriend. They are scammers.
8: never give your password away (ever!)... and ignore the fact that i did.

Peace out.

Given that all of these points are widely known, the only reason I can think of why you posted them is that you have specific experience with each and every one of them. Which is disturbing. Please let this topic die in peace.

Something about the two of them worry me, when put together.

But yes, let this die.

Posting the wish for the topic to die in the topic seems counterproductive. Just let it fade to obscurity and pointedly ignore it should it ever return.

I suppose a mod should be sent in to check on it once in a while, in the name of decency. But only once in a while.

Dikiyoba has made no comment on whether this topic should be allowed to live or die.

Why? Hypocrisy is a concept so old that its name is derived from ancient Greek.

Maybe i'm just stupid, but this is getting too confusing. You love it or you hate it. I would just drop it and play Guild Wars. Don't waste your precious life on Runescape.

If anybody wants me to go PK with them, though, just tell me and I'll come.

*Necro*

I quit Runescape two months ago. But then my friend was talking about the game today, and I suddenly remembered that I had lots of stuff just sitting in my unused account. I figured that I had for sure quit this time and so could afford to give up all my hard-earned gold and whatnot (in the range of about 1 Million). So I logged on, and lo and behold Jagex had invited me to become a Player Moderator.

So if you want a friend in a high place, ;) , you may want to add Rakshasi2 to your friend's list. I probably won't help you subvert justice and I might have quit again, but at least you can show me to all your little friends.

Gah! Necro'd!

And a Runescape topic. Can it get any worse? This died for a reason...

No, it just died. Sometimes topics just do. Reason, or no.

You could just start a KoL topic, instead of complaining about this one. "Don't argue about tastes." (Or whatever the English version of that saying is.) Considering the number of Spidwebbers who play KoL, I am surprised a topic about it hadn't been started yet.

Be careful with a word, as you would with a sword,
For it too has the power to kill.
However well placed word, unlike a well placed sword,
Can also have the power to heal.

We've talked about it enough. Anyway, starting topics isn't really my thing.

However, I'm happy that Pope John got out of there.
