Nethergate of course... it was my first Spiderweb game, and it will always be my first spiderweb game. Not like I can change that. Besides, Avernum is not Nethergate. Duh. Anyway, This is a good idea for a poll. You can judge the game on graphics, so you're stuck with gameplay. The only natives on the island are a few migrating birds, a number of crabs, and a few un-nameable creatures. No strange creatures (besides the occaisional odd fish), like minotaurs and cyclops, and certantly no humans. And no, it is not a dessert island. You do get one free whisky though. The sad thing is, the whisky is alcohol free, and therefore is just a plastic bottle of nasty-ness. Hell, it was a plastic bottle of nasty-ness WITH the alcohol. Yes, I hate drinking. Sue me. I think I forgot to say, at the end of the four weeks, you will be promptly rescued. You can choose what you want to be rescued by. For all questions, the computer really is made specifically to play any one Spiderweb game. No other programs, such as Word, or Excel, or even a command prompt. The game you chose would come pre-loaded onto said computer, and the moniter would be built into it. It (the CPU/Moniter) would be impossible to open, so no salvaging it.There would be a touch pad, so you could control the game. You would use an on-screen keyboard. I tried to play that once, via emulator (shame on me... I did it the legal way though!). It was impossible to get past the part where you had to hit more than one button at once. Yes. Just yes. Nethergate is the best. I mean, the CD came with the exile demo's. That's just awesome. Do the other CD's come with demo's? Im too cheap to find out myself. PS: We should all just break out our copies of Nethergate and replay it. Only if it's for the period where Jeff is busy on his next game (after the window's version of Avernum 4).
