He's been given good advice. I've sent him a few PMs and Thralni and SupaNik come to mind. He just has to sort through it and decide for himself who he's going to be.

Dikiyoba hasn't even noticed E.D.F lately. He's beaten his old record! Dikiyoba hopes it works out, however it ends up.

So I used first person. I always use first person if there is more than one paragraph in my post, if I'm trying to say something serious, or I can't think of anything else to add.

Dikiyoba's final paragraph is where Dikiyoba speaks in third-person. And it's more than third-person, since Dikiyoba never refers to Dikiyoba's self in any form other than "Dikiyoba." If Dikiyoba can't think of anything witty to say, Dikiyoba just signs Dikiyoba's name.

lol doesn't even look or sound like laughter. Using words like "That made me laugh." or "This is funny." is appropriate for most situations. When it's not, well, onomatopoeias should be used instead, if only because "onomatopoeia" is a great word.

In theory, most major religions and the respect for life go together when all the rules and laws are peeled away to reveal the purest intent of it. But humans happen to enjoy laws (and a sense of moral superiority), so the rules overshadow the intent.

That makes "senior auction" look good. At least there's no dating involved and serving the buyer ends when school is out. Less potential for bad feelings, too.

There's a difference between knowing what a product is and buying that product. I'm not about to buy Axe or Tag body spray (I'm pretty sure there are two similar products that are about the same in terms of bad advetising).

Admittedly, Dikiyoba hates body sprays, cologne, perfume, lotions, etc. because they give Dikiyoba a headache. But Dikiyoba wouldn't still wouldn't go out and buy them if Dikiyoba wasn't.

Edit: Synergy, if they didn't attempt to explain what the product is useful for, no one would have any idea what it is for and wouldn't go out and buy it. There are some commercials like that, but that's a whole different form of bad advertising. It's like seeing a movie preview that says who all the actors are but nothing about the plot.

I suppose it all depends on perspective. For me, "gene forge" makes perfect sense and it would be nearly impossible to see the word in any other form. I was, however, caught by surprise to see that the Geneforge was in fact a physical object and not metaphorical the first time I played G1.

What exactly is the problem with the first part of the editor? (The one in abandoned vale, correct?) The more details you give, the easier it is to solve the problem.

Dikiyoba thought that the mispelling was intentional given the lack of spelling errors in the rest of the post and the context in which it was used. But a new signature can never go wrong, so long as it is funny.
