You're doing fine, Thralni. Usually, when I run into errors that I can't fix through rereading the script or checking the docs, I go away for a while. Then I come back and realize what I goofed up on.

The funniest mistake I've made so far was while trying to create a cutscene featuring a magical barrier. I typed erase_text_barriers(); instead of erase_text_bubbles();.

I remember using the "back to start" command after completing the demo of A2 as far as possible just to see what was beyond the barriers while waiting for the registration key. That one additional outdoor section my party could travel around (though I couldn't enter any towns) was fascinating.

Don't forget the "Is this a bug? Did I do something wrong? How can I fix it?" questions.

Dikiyoba liked the long debates on strategy when A4 first came out. That's what Dikiyoba reads the walkthroughs for: to find out how others play the game.

Still working on the "check docs, then ask questions" part, Thralni?

Well, I never said how many posts I create in a day. On weekends, I come here three or four times in a day.

Incidentally, these types of conversations are excellent for increasing Dikiyoba's post count.

Edit: Spelling.

Dikiyoba has never double-posted, created a post solely of quotes or graemlins, started a topic, or deleted any posts. Unless posting every day counts as cheating, Dikiyoba doesn't cheat.

In the section with Hustess (sp?) and the three shades. It's in a corner of the zone and the Ornk Lord itself is triggered by a special encounter, so it's easy to miss. But there are about half a dozen or so exploding ornks in that corner.

Dikiyoba has six, but only sleeps with three. Two of the extras are packed for vacation and the third is for Dikiyoba's cat to sleep on.

Edit: Typo.

From what little I know about the natural lifespan of cats (cars seem to interfere with that a lot), 27 years is impressive but not unheard of.

Don't some fetuses miscarry in the very early stages of pregnacy due to an abnormal gene combinations? That seems to imply that the souls aren't created at conception, at least.

Dikiyoba happens to like Dikiyoba's laptop and warm showers. Neither of those were around during the medieval times. Yay for modern times.

Dikiyoba believes that post qualifies as an oxymoron. On a side note, congratulations on learning when to use periods. Keep up the good work by using capital letters correctly.

And we're all self-made millionaires (or will be). None of that cheap "inheriting the family fortune" stuff. Everyone here could be just as successful if they wanted to.

Another successful post for Dikiyoba.

Dikiyoba doesn't have a signature, strictly speaking. And trying to explain why Dikiyoba does things is often hard even for Dikiyoba because Dikiyoba very rarely knows why, let alone anyone else.

That one swipe was all it took to convince one of my dogs to stay away from cats.

Bizarrely enough, Dikiyoba get scratched worse by Dikiyoba's other dog far worse than Dikiyoba's cat.

Well, if there's one advantage to having popular, lousy books turned into popular movies, it's that the movies won't be a disappointment when compared to the books.

Cats are easier to annoy but they annoy back (thus proving that they are smarter than dogs), so it's kind of a toss up.
