You're doing fine, Thralni. Usually, when I run into errors that I can't fix through rereading the script or checking the docs, I go away for a while. Then I come back and realize what I goofed up on. The funniest mistake I've made so far was while trying to create a cutscene featuring a magical barrier. I typed erase_text_barriers(); instead of erase_text_bubbles();. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

I remember using the "back to start" command after completing the demo of A2 as far as possible just to see what was beyond the barriers while waiting for the registration key. That one additional outdoor section my party could travel around (though I couldn't enter any towns) was fascinating. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Don't forget the "Is this a bug? Did I do something wrong? How can I fix it?" questions. Dikiyoba liked the long debates on strategy when A4 first came out. That's what Dikiyoba reads the walkthroughs for: to find out how others play the game. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Well, I never said how many posts I create in a day. On weekends, I come here three or four times in a day. Incidentally, these types of conversations are excellent for increasing Dikiyoba's post count. Edit: Spelling. Dikiyoba has never double-posted, created a post solely of quotes or graemlins, started a topic, or deleted any posts. Unless posting every day counts as cheating, Dikiyoba doesn't cheat. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

In the section with Hustess (sp?) and the three shades. It's in a corner of the zone and the Ornk Lord itself is triggered by a special encounter, so it's easy to miss. But there are about half a dozen or so exploding ornks in that corner. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Don't some fetuses miscarry in the very early stages of pregnacy due to an abnormal gene combinations? That seems to imply that the souls aren't created at conception, at least. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Dikiyoba doesn't have a signature, strictly speaking. And trying to explain why Dikiyoba does things is often hard even for Dikiyoba because Dikiyoba very rarely knows why, let alone anyone else. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Well, if there's one advantage to having popular, lousy books turned into popular movies, it's that the movies won't be a disappointment when compared to the books. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Cats are easier to annoy but they annoy back (thus proving that they are smarter than dogs), so it's kind of a toss up. Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |
