OK. I know he's pretty much asking for it, but you guys are being rather mean to him. Give it a rest, will you? On topic, Dragonlance has gone downhill considerably since its conception in the 80's. I like the Weiss and Hickman novels up through Dragons of Summer Flame. The War of Souls series was pure crap. A few of the other authors like Richard Knaak and Jean Rabe have some good books, but my general feeling on Dragonlance is that you have to wade through a lot of excrement to get to the good stuff. No. There is a maturity requirement. If many people are always telling you how to behave/mocking you/critizing you, you are probably below it and should adjust your behavior. Failure to do so can get you banned. Dikiyoba. Edit: This post was edited way too many times. Off the topic of bashing Arggh, and back to the real subject, the books. I read the original ones a while ago and thoguht they were good. When they started bringing in new authors and making tons of spin offs I stopped reading them. I forget what the first series or two were called, but after the ones named after the seasons, it was pretty much down hill. -------------------- Guaranteed to blow your mind. Like Tyranicus, I liked the Weis and Hickman ones through Dragons of Summer Flame and was greatly disappointed at the War of Souls garbage. The Legends trilogy is still one of my all-time fantasy favorites, though. -------------------- Arancaytar: Every time you ask people to compare TM and Kel, you endanger the poor, fluffy kittens. Wow, dude, 10 years old. I was about to let my 10-year-old brother get an account here, but I was afraid he'd end up getting himself [me] IP banned. :P Well, maybe not that bad, but the main problem is I'd only be able to get one more account and both my brothers want one. Is there anywhere where I can get a quick free E-mail address? Anyway, you may remember my littlest brother as smallfry. I got several accounts from MSN.com, some of which I really didn't need. It was either them or Hotmail which then deleted some of my addresses for inactivity. -------------------- quote: Posts: 1115 | Registered: Sunday, May 15 2005 07:00 |

You know how the release of a new game will always bring a rush of newbies? I wonder if it would be feasible to measure the quality of the game by the noobishness of the ones who join in its wake. On the other hand, I wasn't around for the release of BoE, so maybe the noobs were just as bad then? -------------------- Encyclopaedia Ermariana • Forum Archives • Forum Statistics • RSS [Topic / Forum] My Blog • Polaris • I eat novels for breakfast.
