Due to what seems to be a frequent demand for chat logs, I have decided to create a Spiderweb Chat Log Archive and post it online. I have some logs, but many are incomplete, and I was not present for many other chats. Because of this, I humbly ask all of you have either full or partial logs of chats among Spiderweb members to send them to tyranicus(at)gmail.com please. Thank you in advance.

I prefer my Aim conversations to stay private. But if I come across with some decent ones, I'll be sure to PM it to you.

"Decent" as in interesting, or "decent" as in not indecent?

I wasn't referring to individual AIM conversations, Marlenny, but chats among several members like the Blades chats. (I was correcting myself but Kel beat me to it.)

E.g., the Blades chats.

A rudimentary database is set up. It can be found here. Some of those chats are incomplete and there are several missing, so I'm hoping to receive copies from other members to fill in the holes.

Should provide an interesting read. I'll get something to eat, then check it out.

I think Alec's right. BoA is the worst thing to have happened to Blades.

EDIT: In reference to one of the chats.

I happen to have all/most of the old, old Room 3 and spidweb glory day chats with Saunders, Khoth, Arctic, etc., as well as plenty of arena chats, and more.

EDIT: Actually, I have all of the AIM conversations I've had from about April 2002 onward. Be forewarned.

Geneforge really does not have the horrible slash potential of Avernum. So much abuse. Think about it. Linda/Adze-Haakai... Garzahd/Enla... Anastasia/that prisoner she kept... Leith/Spider/Spider/Spider... it's pure carnage.

Yes, it was -- possibly the most explicit comment in any of Jeff's games. If you want to be creative, you can always go for Anastasia/various Nephilim. Garzahd/Enla was practically in the games; she was exiled for refusing his advances.

You guys stayed up until 3:46 to chat? :P

Anyway, this could prove to be an interesting read sometime, Tyranicus.

With Spiderweb chats, that is hardly out of the ordinary.

I thought that with Spiderweb chats, there just isn't any ordinary to speak of...

Rawr; I was going to attend the Feb. 18 chat, but in one topic it said 6:00, another said 8:00, and I saw 8:00 first. But at least I can read what went on...

As it turns out, it's September 2002, but you can just send a blank check.

Unfortunately, that cutoff misses the Senor Parapluie chat.
