Scrabble and The Settlers of Catan (both online)are the only games I'm playing at the moment. Worst Book? I think there are only two books that I've started to read and didn't finish because they were sooooooo slow. You can't really judge a book as the worst ever if you didn't read all of it, but those two were: 1. The Silmarillion 2. Crime and Punishment Worst Song: There's so much bad music in the world today, but after thinking long and hard, I have to give this prize to: Avril Lavigne's Sk8er Boi. If you've ever listened to the nonsensical drivel she sings and compared it to what she most likely means. Oh dear. Worst Movie: I have a top 3. 1. Anaconda, which is so awful it doesn't count. 2. 8 Women, a french murder-mystery-musical, it obviously doesn't count either. 3. "I don't know it's name. It was a really old PC game... It was a cannon, and you had to shoot some helicopters and planes, and men who jumped from the helicopters." And if you missed 3 or 4 guys (on the same side) they would climb on to eachother and blow up your cannon? Using Lt. Sullust's post to count, I find that I got Exile 1 & 2 on a demo CD in the spring of 1998. Funny, as I recall playing E2 through many long *dark* nights. Most of the games I have on my 'puter now are small, old games that I managed to rescue from my last harddrive's meltdown. One Must Fall 2097. My brother keeps telling me Soul Calibur for the Dreamcast is the best fighting game ever. That's just because he hasn't played OMF. And I think it's freeware nowadays. MadTV. Man, this is a gem, you run a TV-station, buy films, get advertising deals, select news, produce your own shows and so on. Unfortunately it's prone to frequent crashes. 7 Games about Commander Keen, I haven't played them in ages. I was so hooked on Keen 1 back in, hmm, was it third grade? Sherlock. Computerized version of the old classic: "If the German guy smokes Camel Light and lives in a blue house, then who owns the fish?" _files/biggrin.gif) Lurve it.Savage Empire. Take the Ultima 6 Engine and characters and throw them into a prehistoric valley full of savage tribes and dinosaurs. Voilá, the most charming Ultima game ever. Arcanum. Rather than dreams-within-dreams, I sometimes dream that I wake up, get up do my usual morning routine, then I dream that I wake up again, and know that last time it was just a dream, do my morning stuff, go off to school, then I dream that I wake up again and that last time I thought I woke up it was just a dream... This night I dreamt that a friend of my grandparents had died, and his wife demanded to be buried alive with him. Then it degenerated into my grandfather fretting about getting bald, and my teenage sisters taking up smoking. The worst dream I've ever had was that I picked so much on my sister that she went and drowned herself. I thought about drowning myself as well but my parents restrained me. I often have really pleasant dreams so that I rather stay in bed 'til a few hours past noon than get up and go about looking fo a job.
