Actually, it's not an issue with your browser if that post was displayed incorrectly. http://www.bbsinc.com/iso8859.html This is the character encoding that these forums claim to be in. It's basically standard ASCII (Latin-1, specifically) and doesn't include Hangul characters. What's more, most people are sadly deprived of Hangul fonts anyway. It looks like Hangul or Korean but the font needs work. Some of the characters/letters look wrong. By the way does anyone know if they correctly refered to as characters or letters in Hangul? Hangul is a script like no other. It is syllabic, but the syllabic glyphs are constructed from alphabetic glyphs. It is a lovely script.
