Aran resigned his candidacy, so those who voted for him need to change their vote.

Riibu, if I tell you that I found that hilarious and am quite impressed by the effort that went into it, is there any chance I'll get your vote?

... well, it was worth a try.

Nothing personal, m'dear, but you're just too popular to my taste. Lose most of those fans, and I might consider it.

EDIT: Oh, well, a girl can only hope, right? :P

Funny stuff, Riibu. Thought I doubt that Thuryl will give all his fans for one vote in an elecion he has (most likely) won anyway :P

I'm only a couple of votes ahead at this point. Voters, if you haven't voted for me yet and want to show your support, now's the time!

UPDATE:

Thuryl: 16
Stughalf: 13
Arancaytar: Resigned, but there are four (I think) people remaining yet to change their vote.

33 people have voted, with 28 people yet to vote.

Hurry!

Don't be silly. Making that was fun! I don't mind at all... Otherwise I would've been forced to make a bland post with just your name in it, and that's not even nearly as fun, right? :P Indeed, I am correct in this.

What makes me a "no can do," Riibu? Clearly Thuryl is an international fan favorite, but is humble old Stug too popular for you as well? :(

As aran has dropped out, and we were promised three candidates, I move that we make me a write-in.

We could do that, but they probably wouldn't count our votes. Besides, the winner in a two party system will have to have a majority vote for them. Thus the results will be less disputed in the end...

fun - noun
1. joke, fool, hoax, tease, trick, kid
2. a practical joke, what provides amusement
3. providing entertainment or amusement
4. a japanese unit of weight equal to 1/10 momme, .375 gram, or 5.79 grains.

Usage - for fun, Alorael used a 30 fun bullet to fun the flamer by knocking the apple out of his throat.

Approximately 66 hours until the polling locations close and the ballot boxes are brought into for a careful going over. It is clear that people are holding onto their ballots until the end of the election, perhaps to change the result if things stop happening in their favor.

I cannot stress enough the importance of remembering that the post office will not deliver your ballot unless it has the proper postage. Also, they have advised that they need at least 24 hours after you have dropped it in the box to have it safely delivered to the mod squad.

As things stand now,
Arancaytar - 4
Stuglaf - 13
Thuryl - 16
Abstentions - 3
Undecided - 25
(Total - 61)

Apparently Drakey is allowing vote changes, so the 4 Arancaytar voters (1558,2104,2984,4248) are reminded that their votes don't count unless they pick one of the remaining candidates.

You made pretty speeches. I dislike overly long, mostly quite pointless speeches and so... Besides, you're a bit too noticeable over at Desp, and that can't be a good thing. Not always.

Also, out of you three, Aran is the one I feel I have most in common with anyway.

Change your PDN to Donald Duck. I can't believe no one has suggested this yet.
