Are you really unaware of how heavily the US economy already relies on prison labour? Just because the media wants you to believe that every prisoner sits around in a jacuzzi all day, doesn't make it so.

How come it's okay to speak ill of the dead when it's Saddam but not when it's Gerald Ford?

The longer the war drags on, the more Trajkov starts to seem like he would have been the least of all possible evils. At least he was capable of a decisive victory. All the more ironic, then, that the Trakovites want the war to continue.

I'm hazy on that battle, but I abuse both Luck and ending combat often enough that that may very well have been what I did. :P

(Actually, doesn't somebody in Omega teach high-level mage spells? Karl Gottfried?)

If they're old enough (like 680x0 old), Basilisk II works decently.

Yeah, BoA Divine Retribution enfeebled opponents. Enfeebling does pretty much what it says on the tin, and is fairly effective. Of course, it still only works against living opponents.

Pro-Shaper. Murdering people in Northforge Citadel at any time other than the Shaper endgame just triggers an auto-death script.

P.P.S. I don't remember the Uberoozebeast. Exactly where/what is it?
It's an easter egg. Killing the oozebeasts in the northeast of Poryphra West Gate opens a secret path in the trees to the west. Behind it is the Uberoozebeast (which isn't really all that tough). Killing it gets you the Ornkskin Gauntlets and opens a path to the Create Ornk canister.

Don't do that! It was the only way I was able to beat Echoes with a level-1 party!

(Mostly because it went into the gauntlet as a level-1 party, and came out as a level-30 party...)

Doing so requires you to use both entrances, though (the caves and the ladder).

Another couple of items for this list:

Stability Suit - Northforge Citadel - Jared (kill) - 16% armor, +1 action points, +25% stun resistance

Ornkskin Gauntlets - Poryphra West Gate - Uberoozebeast (kill) - 6% armor, +2 Strength, +2 Endurance, +4 melee damage protection

The Ur-Drakon at Grayghost Gates (Chorss?) also drops a reaper baton when killed. This is probably not the easiest way to get a reaper baton.

Servile Battle Mage in Geneforge 4: Rebellion

Sorry about the bump, but I've just confirmed that it's possible to get to level 45 with a singleton servile (playing as a Shaper loyalist through most of the game). Did it by going back to kill all the drakons in Grayghost Gates and Quessa-Uss Gate after doing pretty much everything else there was to do in the game. The drakons were still giving 25 XP a pop even once I was level 45, and while I didn't ever make any creations I did take Greenfang and Shotwell and some of the soldiers in the Monarch chapter, so it's possible that a dedicated singleton that very carefully managed the order in which it went through the game to maximise experience could even get to level 46.

If you can access the internet from both computers, your best bet might be to sign up with a free webhost that offers a respectable amount of storage space, upload the games from your Performa and download them onto your iMac.

There isn't one. You have to do Shaftoe's missions for him to get him to open that door for you.

I think diminishing returns on skill points is definitely a part of it. Once your fighter is an unkillable tank with 10 points of Parry and your spellcasters have enough energy to not worry about running out, a couple of extra dice on your Fireblast damage isn't going to swing the outcome of a battle.

Boy howdy, is it ever.

I don't want to give out any spoilers, so let's just say that if you're expecting infighting within the rebellion in G4 I don't think you'll be disappointed.

They don't have a base. If you've met Drewry, Shorass and Khyryk already, then you've heard about everything the Trakovites have to say.

These errors are annoying as all getout, and very hard for designers to track down. Thanks for reporting it, though.

Being repelled by gravity would require you to have imaginary mass, in which case you're made of tachyons and have bigger problems than being really light.

Well, the gravitational force on an object with negative mass would be negative. However, a negative force acting on an object with negative mass would have the same effect as a positive force acting on an object with positive mass, so it'd still fall in the usual direction.
