Emerald Slimes make you fall asleep, so I guess they're not all that good a choice. Try an Amber Slime and you'll get stuck, which isn't really such a great thing for reasons that should be obvious. And Mauve Slimes probably, I dunno, make you glow in the dark or something, which, while admittedly making for some rather neat party tricks, probably isn't too healthy either. And of course I'm talking entirely about riding them in the sense of mounting... er, um, I mean jumping on them... straddling them? ... oh, I give up. Oh, and the Alien Slime? Her only real remaining power is to dismiss the prime minister, dissolve the government and force an immediate election. The Governor-General has full power to act as the Queen's representative as long as the Queen is overseas anyway, and the Governor-General is appointed by the prime minister, so there's not much risk of the GG dismissing the PM. They're basically the right-wing force in Australian politics, and they've been in power for the better part of a decade.
