can someone make a senario with multiple houses to buy/steal (ie hawkes manse)? i ask this becasue im just to lazy to make my own senario. it seems to me that senario making requires hard work for a long time, and my gaming/working style is play constantly for two weeks then stop. So if anyone can give me a maybe/yes/shut up on this it would make me feel.... better.

It certainly should be possible.

Nothing wrong with asking people to make a scenario for your enjoyment, as long as your suggestion is within reason. It would be nice to have a small scenario with a thieve's guild or something which you'd have to join. The initiation would require you either using sneaky tactics to get past the tests (stealing, walking past certain monsters, etc.) or to kill everything.

One word: Adventurer's Club 3 and AC 1.

Wait a minute…

Anyway, they both have good thieving oppurtunities, if you know where to look. AC 3 has a much better atmosphere and potential for it, while AC 1 just has a lot (not intentionally, I think) to steal.

And they both have the Thieves' Guild.

You can also buy a house in Falling Stars, if you have BoE.

dont take this personally...but i HATE exile. No his is not sarcasm, i dowload it simply so that i can have the satifaction of seeing it being emptied...bit by bit... from my recycle bin. Maybe it is sarcasm... Lets just say Exile and me got off to a bad and late (A.A. - After Avernum) start

Much as I want to defend the Exile series, I have to agree that Exile I was a huge disappointment. I didn't play Avernum before Exile I, but I played Exile III first, and the poor graphics and interface were sorely disappointing.

I never even fully explored the demo version of that game. A pity that Jeff probably won't ever update Exile I to have the same interface as Exile III, since it has a fascinating storline that cannot be completely replaced by Avernum I.

Hey, S/smelly, mind explaining what you feel is so utterly revolting about Exile?

Avernum is better in my opinion, but that's probably only because I tend to shy away from the Avernum cons. And because I bought Avenum 1 and not Exile 1. And because I thought Exile 3 is just the best[.] I think I broke the continuity of past and present tense in that last sentence but oh well.

Please refrain from swearing here. It's just not needed. And I don't believe god has damned any Spidweb game. ;)

I'd be glad to design one for you, i'm learning more about the game my self, but it is all coming together, i think my scenerio called Kailis:Staff of the Sarocom will do well, any ways its like a sequel to the first one which never got to spiderweb because the computer with it on it blew up and i am to lazy to remake it right now, maybe when i'm done with this one i'll remake it, and have it better than it originally was.

Speaking of Galactic Core, what's that game all about, anyway? And do you think (if there's enough curiosity) that Jeff might be persuaded to adapt a Windows version? Or somebody with as much knowhow as Jeff at Spidweb?

This is getting a bit off topic, but I will try and answer. Jeff does not own Galactic Core, he only markets and distributes it. In order to port it, you would need to speak to the original author.
