Arcblade, you need a host that allows remote linking (i.e. not Geocities. Or Tripod. Or, well, pretty much any other free host. See if your ISP offers webspace to its customers; they may allow remote linking from it.) -------------------- I believe there are 15 747 724 136 275 002 577 105 653 961 181 555 468 044 717 914 527 116 709 366 231 425 076 185 631 031 296 protons in the universe, and the same number of electrons. -- Sir Arthur Eddington Posts: 9973 | Registered: Saturday, March 30 2002 08:00 |

No, don't use PNG. It's a good format, to be sure, but you'll get hundreds of emails whining about how they can't see your images. It's not worth the trouble. -------------------- I believe there are 15 747 724 136 275 002 577 105 653 961 181 555 468 044 717 914 527 116 709 366 231 425 076 185 631 031 296 protons in the universe, and the same number of electrons. -- Sir Arthur Eddington Posts: 9973 | Registered: Saturday, March 30 2002 08:00 |

I believe Emmerdale finds it funny that someone considers painting Warhammer models to be art. Stuffed pizza? Eww. I'm strictly a thin crust man. As for Hawaiian, it's okay, but only if they actually cook the pineapple with the rest of the pizza. Some places put it on after it's cooked, and fresh pineapple on a savoury dish is kinda icky.

I gather wolf meat is stringy and largely inedible. And there is indeed a wolf who eats newbies; he's member #66. I wouldn't go so far as to say that; there are few nations in which there isn't some other religion which is still the default thing to be, and in most Western nations that religion is still Christianity. Just because many people are less strict about their religion these days doesn't necessarily mean they're less sincere.

Is an 18-year-old having sex with a 17-year-old (which is statutory rape) really objectively worse than, say, a 30-year-old having sex with an 18-year-old (which is perfectly legal?) -------------------- I believe there are 15 747 724 136 275 002 577 105 653 961 181 555 468 044 717 914 527 116 709 366 231 425 076 185 631 031 296 protons in the universe, and the same number of electrons. -- Sir Arthur Eddington Posts: 9973 | Registered: Saturday, March 30 2002 08:00 |

Okay, let's take a look at what's actually written in the Bible. I assume the KJV is acceptable to you? KJV Bible quote: Genesis 1 9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so. 10 And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good. 11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. 12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good. 13 And the evening and the morning were the third day. 14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: 15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so. 16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. 17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth, 18 And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good. According to this, not only did God create the earth before the moon and the stars, he got as far as creating plants before he felt it necessary to have stars in the sky. I'd call that a fairly significant discrepancy. By the way, I'm a biology student, so if you want to discuss evolution further just send me a private message. Or continue on this thread if you want; I'll be civil if you are, and so far you've been more polite than some of the others who have posted in disagreement with you. Maybe the problem is that Alec, Djur and I haven't posted yet. Anyway, there are no suitably-sized holes in a lightbulb, and you can't very well make one without leaving lots of jagged glass around the edges, which is hardly ideal. Of course, there are other things one can do with a lightbulb, as a surprisingly large number of proctologists can attest. I can't believe I'm posting this. I couldn't even have done this on Misc. Have we no standards any more? ... oh, wait, you probably expected someone to post the mouse joke, didn't you? That explains your post a little better. I'd update your anti-virus software if I were you. It seems as if you've picked up a trojan that allows others to take control of your computer from over a network. Fun, huh? Oh, and since this is the second time this has happened to you recently, I'd also suggest trying to find out who in your household might be going to sites that give you these things.
