Resfool and ResKnife are alternative resource editors for OS X. Data transfer is the total amount of data users can download in a given time period. For example, if you have 10 MB of webspace and 1 GB data transfer per month, you can store a 10 MB file on your website and up to 100 users can download it per month. Or you could store a 5 MB file and 200 users could download it per month. Or a 1 MB file and 1000 users could download it per month.
