I'm not a geologist, but it wouldn't surprise me. Titanium's a very common metal in the earth's crust; extracting it is the tricky part. Remember, a couple of centuries ago aluminium was worth more than gold. Napoleon III, it is said, allowed only his most esteemed guests to use his aluminium cutlery.

So you're doing everything correctly? You press shift-D to bring up the debug window, you type the cheat command into it, you press return, and nothing happens?

Sounds like you've been allocating your stats suboptimally; one creation isn't really enough for a Shaper. What abilities do you have? You should be allocating lots of skill points into intelligence and shaping skills, a bit into blessing magic, enough Leadership and Mechanics to get by, and not much into anything else.

By the way, you'll have to take sides eventually. You'll likely find yourself increasingly disadvantaged by tying yourself in knots trying to avoid doing so.

Note that that requirement includes item bonuses; if you find all the equipment that raises those stats, the actual amounts by which you'll have to build them using skill points are significantly lower.

Sometimes SW's servers have problems. See if it works tomorrow. Alternatively, try downloading with a different web browser (Mozilla instead of Internet Explorer, for example).

The first thing to check is your game speed in the preferences. If it's set to Fast, terrains won't animate. If this is the case, try setting it back to Medium.

There's a power source next to the portal. Move the mirrors so as to direct a beam into it.

The Harvard comma is good style, but the examples in that link are pretty poor examples of why it's so. I'm surprised they didn't use the classic example, which, while humorous, makes the point as well as any: "I'd like to thank my parents, Ayn Rand and God".

Have you actually given the party the custom ability at any point in the scenario? Remember, the default number of uses of a custom ability is zero.

Well, it isn't really better, in that high karma doesn't let you do anything special and most people generally ignore it anyway.

Uh, there's no town called Erarl in the scenario. The first proper town you encounter is Vikida. You have to kill some guards to get there, and you'll be taken prisoner for doing so, but all of that is supposed to happen.

If the town is called Erarl, you're still playing the old, incomplete alpha version of the scenario that was accidentally included with a previous version of BoA. Delete it from your scenarios folder.

Can I just point out that we don't actually have many previous examples from which to know how a building collapses when hit by an aircraft? Modelling can only tell us so much.

The spiders have it. You need to talk to the Vahnatai to find this out, then go back to the spiders and do a quest for them before they'll let you have the stone.

If the goal is to prepare people for research (work that generally requires graduate degrees), then why are so many people taking these undergrad classes? Most engineering students will not go on to get Phds.

The only practical goal of undergraduate education appears to be making a "well educated person". If that is the goal, current system is fine for providing a lot of random information.

I'm developing an increasing suspicion that the purpose of tertiary education is not to teach you specific things, but to prove that you're capable of being taught the sort of things that you'll later need to learn. Essentially it's a long and elaborate testing procedure. The trouble with on-the-job training is that this is usually done at least partially at the employer's expense, so they don't really want people who aren't likely to benefit from it.

The quantity of gasoline does not heighten a fire's temperature. It burns longer with more gasoline, but not hotter.

Aviation fuel burns hotter than ordinary fuel, though.

Having said that, the Empire State Building has survived a plane crashing into it. So even if there was no conspiracy, someone has a case to answer as to why the WTC collapsed.
