Use the Character Editor to edit its stats as you see fit. Include the saved game with your scenario. Note that you can't really force the player to use this party; you can only recommend it. 2. I remember playing Phantasy Star II for hours and never getting past the second dungeon. (I eventually finished the damn thing with the aid of an emulator; the savegame battery had long since died.)
