Uh huh. Normally people say the boiling point is 100°C or 212°F. It's a tad lower in, say, Denver, but that doesn't make much difference.

100°F is (quick mental math) around 38°C.

But the younger lot is apparently now cocky enough to try butchering my signature. I give unto you a verdict of guilty and a sentence of stop.

—Alorael, who would rather have newbies than not have newbies. Sure, there are a lot of n00bs, but there are also some genuine human beings in the lot. No, there is no Dune influence here.

Better a sentence to stop using the signature than a sentence to stop breathing. :P

I would imitate Ally's sig, but I'm also incredibly lazy.

VCH believes it isn't one persons signature really. It is more of a style as the words change each time.

The boiling point depends on the purity of the water, according to my science teacher. If the water has many impurities in it, it will boil a lot quicker. About 99(insert degress sign here) celcius.

Or so he says. But I don't trust people who have yellow teeth and get excited over custard.

You shouldn't. They're called Clowns.

- Archmagi Micael, who thinks that Quark is Alo's worst signature yet - having the same name as a ferengi! (This is my last sig like Alo's, for a while at least)

I'm sorry to say that your science teacher sucks. In general, impurities lower the freezing point of a liquid but raise the boiling point.

You didn't need to tell me that, I already knew. I found out in the first 10 minites of the first lesson with him when he said that the complete 0 degrees (when the atoms in a water molecule stop vibrating) is -300.5 degrees celcius.

Wow. That's just bad. I don't know where he got -300.5 from; anyone who's done a science degree should know that absolute zero is -273.15 degrees Celsius.

CGI being what it now is, Ms. Flockhart is finally 100% useless.

Yay! Someone else got the joke too.

In terms of game realism, CGI would win, but in terms of Rentar-Ihrno scariness, Calista trounces all comers.

Custard powder, that is Micael.

And Thuryl, I don't have a science degree, but I did know that. It is in my Guiness Worlds Records Book (2004 I think).

I know you haven't, but I would hope your science teacher had. (Then again, far too many of them haven't these days. That's part of the reason I'm considering becoming a teacher.)
