Mechanics: 20, unless you skip the Monastery Caves, in which case the requirement is 14. Leadership: 16 if you're a loyalist, 14 or 16(depending on whether you've aided the rebels earlier; telling Learned Darian that you'll deal with Master Elek counts) if you're a rebel.
